Best laundromat in norman. The staff is friendly and the facility is kept clean. Price is about the same as other laundromats. The machines take quarters only which is my only gripe. Most of the machines are usually working (and work well), and the staff is very good about putting out of order signs on the ones that aren't. Would recommend.

I've done laundry here before and never had issues. Yesterday, I came in to wash my blanket. It is a really high quality blanket and can not be put in the dryer. So after getting it washed, it smelt like it had been rinsed with dirty water. I took it home figuring it just needed to dry out in the sun. I brought it inside and unfortunately it still stunk. Here is why I am giving 1 star: I called letting them know my situation and long story short, the lady said there was nothing they can do. I asked if she could give me a refund or atleast let me try washing it again and comp it, but then proceeded to say if she does that, then she has to do it to everyone. She could of atleast offered to pay for half of the wash. Anyways, you can do laundry here, but expect poor customer service if something goes wrong.

Came here two weeks ago to do some laundry before flying home and it was fine. The machines worked well and the staff was helpful.

I've worked for the Hollywood Cleaners West . Now years later I still do my laundry here. Great set of ppl. Super clean. Air conditioning works by the dryers... Did I say clean ?? Yeah you bet . washer are cleaned nightly...

The place was very clean and the staff was very nice and professional. I would recommend going here to do laundry. The only downside there aren't any changing stations for babies in the bathrooms

Attendant is constantly keeping things tidy and is very friendly. This place is always clean and any machine that doesn't work is clearly marked.

The manager very rude and my clothes got stuck in tue washer for 2 hours or more and she was very rude didn't apologize and only did compensate for 2.75 cost of washing thrn when i dry my clothes the sign was confusing i put quarter in by mistake she act like i was worrying her ?what about my time lost from work for the inconvenience of my clothes in the washer that broke and kept my suzy clothes stuck for two hours. You should have offered to dy my clothes free ?No customer service i will never come here ever again. And i approach the owner h acted like he wasnt the owner about calling the owner to complain ???

Passing through Norman during travels, Hollywood Coin Laundry was reasonable, clean, and equipment worked well. Nice attendant that was present and helpful, too.

The place is clean inside and out. The people are very nice. The machines are clean too. Any machines that break down are always fixed quickly.

Employees are friendly and it's always nice and clean. Washing machines are always working and if you do see an out of order sign it's usually fixed by your next visit.

This turned into my favorite laundromat in Norman or Moore!Other laundromats charge more for smaller machines, and even machines that aren't as nice or new.Hollywood has good prices and the machines have always worked great for me!The location is always clean, the workers are always friendly and helpful, and there are lots of machines so even if there are a lot of people there are still plenty of washers and dryers (you know frustrating it can be to wash your laundry only to find all the dryers are full!).I highly recommend Hollywood Laundry!!

Started coming here and it's been great. Employees are nice and place is always clean and smells clean. Every time I've gone in all the machines are working. Priced good and it's nice having ATM that works where you can get quarters.
