Manager Steven Tabb has more than earned my business and loyalty. I'm a sucker for competence and good customer service. His team all recognizes me, calls me by name, and has gone above and beyond in both keeping our cars on the road, and in getting my complicated situations with a few old cars I've had taken care of. Steven and his team have literally taken hours of their own time off the clock to find parts I needed in order to get my old rigs on the road. When a shop treats you like family and your cars like their own, that's a win in my book! Can't recommend highly enough.

My mom (Kathy) took her car to Hibdons and Robert took really good care of her! He was very nice and made sure that the reason she took it in for was addressed and fixed. She said she will always use Hibdons for all her tire issues! Thanks Robert!!

Absolute Lifesavers.Driving from Oklahoma over Labor day weekend. I had an issue with my car and pulled into Hibdon Tires. The Mgr. Steven and his staff went above and Beyond to take a look at my car at closing time. They stayed late to take care of my issue to make sure I had a safe trip all the way back to Texas. After inspection, the technician suggested me to take a car service. I asked him how long it would take. I was told it would take 30 min, but I I ended up waiting there for 2 hours, with stomach pain. I would suggest estimate a more accurate time. If it could not be done within the time suggested, let the customer know so the costumer do not need to wait over there wasting time. Altogether it was more than 3 hours of waiting.Services: Tires

My family and I have used hibdons for over 30 years. My father started me on going there to find the best service and prices. Far have they fallen. I WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN and I will not recommend to any of my family and friends. I MADE an appt, which they have now gone to and have refused to help us get in for a flat unless we wanted to wait for hours on end of drop it off. Had an 8:00am appointment, I will say I did add something when I dropped it off, so that was supposed to add some time(but was still TOLD no more than an hour 1/2 or 2. I specifically told them I was having someone pick me up, but just for a short time and have my 4yr old with me. The guy checking me in said it shouldnt be more than an hour and a half maybe a little longer, but they should get it in soon! I went back about 10:45am to be dropped off and check on my vehice, almost 3 hours after my appointment, they had not touched my car! They said they were just getting ready to pull it in...did not apologize for the delay or lateness of it being there, did not even try to make it right. Blamed it on me for "adding something" to my appt. when I dropped it off, which was not made clear when dropped off. I was told I would be charged more money but not more than 3 hrs of not being touched. The management and service has been so poor at this location, for years! But I have grown up taking my vehicles here and thought I would try one more time and make an appt, like they had been asking me to do. I think the worst was the way it was dealt with on their side, NO APOLOGY and tried to blame it on me and in general dealing with the automotive service. So dissappointed and will not be back. Willing to spend more money, and have over the years, but will not in the future. I would highly recommend finding a different location, Shawnee has always been super helpful...but this time someone else came to the rescue!

Do NOT recommend.We bought tires here two years ago and lived less than 5 minutes from work and somehow the treads are so low it needs replaced again and we went with the most expensive long mile ones.Also the brand of tire we bought before got "discontinued" so they won't honor the warranty on it. (Note I can find the same brand on the Firestone website ?)Shady business! Do not go here.

I was told my rear shocks were leaking, so I checked them myself and there is absolutely no sign of leaking on them, they look completely fine. Even worse is that I replaced them a year ago as they told me they were leaking then too. This place lies to make money off of ignorant people.

I have to give the biggest shoutout to the Store Manager, Steven. I had a few discrepancies and he spoke directly with me, kept me informed, and went well above and beyond to accommodate my concerns. Steven is the type of man all service providers should strive to be. Honest, integral, and transparent. He truly cares about his customers and his brand. Last month I visited this branch to get a brand new set of tires. I had done research beforehand online and knew exactly what I wanted. To clarify, I drive a 2018 Mercedes and I am a woman and so walking into any auto shop is a "experience" for me. Someone sprinted in to help me and he immediately started fast selling me a tire that was a brand name and $110 higher per tire than what I wanted and the same exact specs. I said no thank you and told him what I wanted. He seemed to pick up on the fact that I was informed but still tried to sell me lifetime tire insurance. Again, I said no thank you and he ended up quoting me over $100 higher than the out the door price online. I went outside to check to make sure I wasn't misinformed and then came back inside to say this was the out the door price on this exact store and he said "oh yeah we get that a lot, people don't know how to use the site and it doesn't calculate the scrap fee." I said "over $100 for the scrap fee?" He said hold on let me check and make sure. He then proceeds to click away and then say "ooohhh the computer added on the insurance automatically without me knowing but I took it off and LOOK at that 'I sAvEd YoU tHrEe DoLlArS'." I'm annoyed at this point and was like alright thank you and asked how long it would be. He said about an hour and a half and I said okay thank you. Three hours pass and the place starts piling up and I just decide to go ahead and inquire about how much longer and the woman behind the counter went to go look at the finished papers and was like yes it's done. I wasn't informed of this? How long was I just sitting there after it was done? Even if they all didn't know I was waiting they never called me either. ANYWAYS. Got my car and everything seemed to be riding smooth so I have zero complaints about installation but when I got home I realized they had taken off my Mercedes tire caps with the insignia on them and replaced them with bright green caps instead. While I don't particularly find this a BIG deal I do find it 100% petty and know that I caught someone trying to get one over on me several times and if I hadn't been more informed about my decision and done research before I went in I would have been out an extra $400-$500 dollars thinking the tires he was selling me were what my car needed and that the cheaper ones weren't in stock or not known the out the door price. I wouldn't go as far to say that the whole experience was sexist but for a woman in an auto shop it was very on brand.

Was in last week for tire Rotation and Tire Balance... and Lube oil and Filter. Dropped truck off and 4-5 hours later picked up. Asked what do I owe? Response was just $59.95 or whatever the charge was for an Oil change. My BAD! I didnt check the Tire rotation as I Trusted THEM. Wrong Turn! They didn't even Do the Tire rotation Sooo...I didn't know this until today after making an appointment asking them to do a Balance on the front tires...This time the reply was Well...We cant because Your fronts are separating...WOW! So because They had not rotated the previous week I was still running on same front tires...So All they did was try and upsale Me New tires not trying to do the rotate or Suggest I rotate as my Rears are near Perfect. Long story Short I went to Ferguson Gmc Norman for Professional Experience and the Did Exactly what I had askef Hibdon to do... Also I needed a Front end alignment Which All Hibdon needed to Suggest and Do my job right and My truck would've been Correct! Hire Some Better Employees Hibdon!! Where's the Crew from couple Years Ago! They were Always Spot On and Trustworthy... Jesus!

Received fantastic customer service when I showed up without an appointment in the late afternoon with a bolt in my tire. Wait wasn't too long and they were able to do an oil change as well. the waiting room was clean and all interactions overheard between other customers and employees were pleasant and polite. The repair was covered under warranty and the oil change charge was very reasonable. Thank you for your stellar customer service!Services: Tires

I got an appointment for oil change in 05/21/2023 at 9 am and about 10:45 it was done!!!I paid 76 $ for high synthetic oil to drive 10,000 miles but after the oil change, I saw the tag on my window show this oil change is for 5,000 miles! I returned and asked the guy who changed it and he said it's ok and he replaced the tag with new mileage for 10,000! Very simple!!! I doubted that he did wrong but he said every thing is ok!Anyway after 3 weeks (about 1500 miles), my car was sending notification that I should change the oil!!!I went to the office and after asking the manger about this problem, a person checked my car and found out that the amount of oil is low and maybe the last guy did wrong and didn't change with right oil for 10,000 miles!!! But the manager just said to his guy add oil to my car to fill and didn't accept their wrong!!!I paid for 10,000 miles but they did just for 5,000 miles!!!It be the first and last time for me to use their services!!!Service: Oil change

Needed to get my tires replaced and I've been meaning to try some other shops around town to wean myself off going to the dealership, had a few old coworkers use Hibdon before so I figured I'd give them a try. Overall was a perfectly good experience! All of the staff I interacted with were super nice and helpful, both with me and everyone else that visited. I've seen a lot of people complaining in reviews about slow service, but at least when I was there it seemed like everyone was getting pushed through in a timely manner. I had all four tires replaced and aligned and I got out in about an hour. Pricing seemed fair, especially since I'm used to being dragged by dealership labor rates.Services: Tires

Update!! Steven and his staff are awesome. After speaking with him and discussing my concerns, he educated me on what was actually wrong with my truck. He took great care of me as a customer and fixed the problem I had with my truck. I have to admit, this is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever dealt with. If your vehicle has issues and you don't trust your mechanic, take it to Steven and his team and I guarantee they will get you taken care of. Never in my life have I had a mechanic or shop put me first and I feel valued as a scustomer. Great work, Steven and thanks for your patience with me!
