Absolutely ridiculous. 4 tires took 4hrs. Was told an hour and half. Plus one of the new tires only had 15lbs of pressure. How incompetent are you when you fail to put air in a tire at a tire shop.

The quality of tires is unmatched and work is performed well. Combine that with the honesty of the alignment tech saying I didn't need an alignment. The comfort of the waiting area is also a plus.

Very slow and unprofessional, I had an appointment with my vehicle at 10am said to.would be a couple oh hrs came back at 5 was not done yet. I had to stand there for another hr seen 4 costumers that where very upset, also so unprofessional girl in the front desk. Just a nightmare, me personally I'll never go back there.

Prices looked good online. But when I called I couldn't even understand the guy on the phone, he talked so fast. He raised his voice after asking him to repeat himself so I hung up, I ended up going to big o tires instead even though I'm sure I paid more. Customer service needs some help, too many options in norman.

The mechanics (Malachi) who worked on my car was very kind, friendly, and helpful. He did a very thorough inspection of my car and provided the needed service. He patiently took time to fix the problems of my car. I really appreciate his professionalism and services. I will certainly come back again and have him to work on my car in the future. He really earns my trust and business.

They got me in got tires on my car changed the oil and I was out of there about 1400s less than what I started with And that was for 5 tires

I came in a week before to fully pay for 6 tires and an alignment for 2 different vehicles of mine. Paid the day of. Set appointments on and everything. A week later when it’s time for my appointment they are missing half of my tires that show in stock and have already been paid for. 3 hours later and they still aren’t here but we’re supposed to be coming from down the road. If I was missing 50% of my inventory my store would be shut down audited and people fired. 0 confidence in this location at this point. I’m not a walkin but even if I was being 50% off on inventory is completely unacceptable

Took two weeks to fix brakes, 4000$ + dollars two days later brakes are failing again. Completely disgusted with Higdon now have no choice but to go back

Been Hibdon fan for decades! I've been using another location but this one had the exact battery I wanted and could install asap. So we went. The young man at the desk was just hopping with customer service. Never did he show any negativeness when bombarded with customers and me. lol. That young man deserves a huge Kudos and a raise. We had to wait to find out the warehouse sent the wrong battery. So, again, we wait. The huge wreck on the interstate didn't help getting the right battery faster. That would be my only complaint, the time it took to get, install the correct battery. And they need new chairs, and a working soda box. And Water! And the coffee area was hit by a twister. Again, tho, this Hibdon was busy busy busy .. that door swung like a sheet in the wind. I think this may be my new go to store. But I will schedule an appointment online first!

Came here for a simple flat tire change, came in at around 1:30pm and they got done at 4:45pm! I understand there was people in front of me, but at first they said 1 hour to 2. It should not take almost 4 hours for a tire change.
