I will never use them again. I will never recommend them to anyone. Their vehicles are unsafe, unkept and their offices are unorganized. I only used them because State Farm recommended them. They aren’t even last resort worthy.

SAVE TIME! don't walk, RUN to ANY other company. We planned our trip for months. Walked in this morning, and they ran our credit card twice for the entire amount--one at 840am, again at 844. First one went through, second declined. I had the credit card company on the phone telling the Hertz Manager Sandy W that IS approved. She refused the rental and said that we could likely get the amount taken off our credit card (because it's now held because it was approved) maybe by next week or so, depending on how long the processing takes. We're supposed to leave in four hours. Don't walk, RUN to any other company.

Asked for a ride from my auto shop to here which is about a mile away and they scheduled a pick up for me, I called to confirm day of and they said someone was about to come get me, an hour past my pickup time comes and after several phone calls and no one answering, someone finally answered and sent someone to get me. They told me I'd be charged about $60 for 2 weeks of having this rental as long as I didn't accrue cleaning fees or forget to fill up the tank. I only drove it a couple of times and filled up the tank less than a mile from the shop on my way to drop it off at for them to pick it up and they sneakily charged me $20 for gas without saying anything. They also neglected to mention anything about how the taxes are extremely expensive for rentals which would've been wonderful to know given I ended up being charged double what I was expecting based on our conversation, but maybe I should've just already known how the taxes worked for rental vehicles. The lady I spoke with tried to say that maybe the shop drove the car around and that's why I got charged the gas fee but how on earth a shop could drive the car enough to get me a $20 fee when I had the tank completely full pas the tick mark when I dropped it off is beyond me. I'm never getting a rental here again

I was in an accident and I chose hertz as my rental place the lady was extremely nice and very helpful. The insurance had me down for an suv and at the time that was all that was available but the lady said I could come back and switch it out for a car since that was what I was used to. So that's what I did no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this place for your car rental needs.

Go somewhere else. We rented a car from this place due to my wife’s car needing warranty repairs and the dealership taking longer than expected. Hertz needed her to bring the car in so they could renew the rental. My wife got there right before they closed and the lady ended up telling her she had to wait 24 hours before she could rent again because she paid with a debit card. Instead of communicating this when they were on the phone earlier in the day so my wife could have made arrangements to be picked up, they waited until she got there. The worst part about all of this is that they closed and locked up the building right after she turned in the car which left my wife and 5 year old daughter outside in 100 plus degree temperatures for nearly an hour until I could get there from work to pick them up. That lady didn’t care one bit about what she was doing. She knew my wife was coming there to renew the rental and planned on leaving there with the rental. She knows she did not tell my wife there was a 24 hour wait on the phone and therefore knew my wife could only just at that time call someone to pick her and my daughter up. She didn’t try to figure out an alternative, or offer to wait with them inside where there was AC until I could get there. Instead she showed no concern and asked them to leave the building so she could lock it up and leave. My poor daughter was so red and sweaty when I got there. That lady is lucky she was no where in sight when I got there.

Awful , terrible, horrible place do not go there wait for enterprise to have one available. The front staff knows nothing about what is going on. They are rude and have a do not care attitude. Now I understand the reason why this place sucks. This place will always be a generic company. My car was hit by a man not paying attention. I brought everything up to Hertz t was told to bring. Got up there and my credit card was not a specific card and they would not take it. They wanted me to go to Bank of Oklahoma and get a card with them. That is a scam that Hertz has with the Bank of Oklahoma. So call weeks in advance for a rental and if your going to need one because of a accident be ready to pay outta pocket. Because Enterprise is always booked way out. Stay away from Hertz they suck needs to be shut down. That front staff should be fired....awful place don't deserve a zero they deserve a negative zero

People were nice. Car nice except they didn't have the size that replaced my minivan so had to rough it 2 weeks with a 5 seater with 5 kids and a wife. And also they sneak insurance upon u while not telling u that u can opt out. So I wasted $135 for a week's worth of unnecessary insurance that the at fault party's insurance should have paid for Then they told me I had the car "THROUGH" JULY 2nd. So I showed up BEFORE they opened July 3rd and waited to return the car. Only to be told I owe for July 3rd out of my pocket. All he could say is that they bill for the day before they even open. Mind u that means I was suppose to pay for the 3rd and NOT have the car for that day. Who runs a business that u pay for something u won't be having/using?? So beware a lot of undisclosed little things they won't tell u about and insurance they push on u like it's not an option or u have to get or u can't receive the car. Just shady all the way around for extra bucks for them...I almost forgot they told me to provide a document from my insurance showing I didn't have collision coverage and they would reimburse me the $135 of insurance I paid for. I provided it and crickets back from them and no refund as promised. So I'm sure they pocketed my $135 and billed the at fault party's insurance company making double. Or an employee probably cashed back my refund right into their own pocket. And of course the link given from Hertz response is not a link at all. Just the standard bot responses to virtually all negative reviews...

I am grateful for Sandy and her dedication to being an outstanding manager. She contacted me the day before my rental to notify me of an issue that I needed to take care of. If she hadn't done that, then I would've been up a creek. This is the 2nd time I've booked at this location with no issues at all. I hope everyone else has the same great experience as I have had.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, lady on the phone should be locked up for being so stupid, longest hold times I’ve ever seen for trash rates and information I could’ve got on the website. Don’t go. Don’t call. Don’t lose.

First let me say that Devon was great. The other person (who I think is the manager)...not so much. The car was really shaky when driving on the interstate and clearly in need of service. It was also dirty and smelled bad. Devon should probably find a new place to work because he is way outshining this establishment.

Local office and national office (that you call for a reservation) are not on same page regarding availability. Attempts to call local office leads to either unanswered calls, hangup, or placed on hold for then hung up on. Would not recommend this branch of Hertz.

No customer service can’t talk to someone can’t reach an office representative.Nothing what’s the point of an online only company.Quit being cheapskates and at least hire a couple of 10 dollar an hour hotline people.

They close at 4pm and do not have after hours drop off? How is that acceptable for car rental location? Was also told we were unable to return at the airport Hertz which is the only other nearby location. This location was near the body shop my vehicle was getting repaired at and reservation was made by insurance so I did not look into the rental location myself. Usually if you're renting a car it's because you're using it most of the day and turning it in at the end of the day, not in the middle. Other than that I had a decent experience.
