$21 for a bad haircut. The lady who was cutting my hair didn't blow the hair off me and took the robe off and dumped hair all over my pants and shirt. It was absolutely ridiculous, and she didn't seem to care that I was covered in hair! Worst haircut I've gotten there so far. And I will not be going back ever again!

Went got my hair done on 2/2/2024 and go seen around 5:15. In prior context when I showed up a lady (who later I found was the manager) was very rude to not only the hair dresser trying to make sure she made this older ladies hair look right, which led to the “manager” yelling at the hair dresser cause she was an hour into it. Each customer that would come in the manager gave me a rude remark that they were closing and would shy them away, I even told my girlfriend I hope I don’t get her to cut my hair. Eventually the other stylist finished ahead before the manager, and I was able get my hair cut from her. Well during that hair cut she basically rushed and did not listen to me when I said it was not right and then proceeded to ignore and ask if I wanted to see the back. I said no because too long, then the lady proceeded not to blow dry me down so now I’m covered in hair. So I got up and just went to the register. My girlfriend piped up and said was even wrong and I told her not to worry about it, as I’ll come back when someone competent is working. Then I asked if a manager would be in the next day which then when I found out the lady making rude remarks was the manager. She offered to fix it even though she had a customer who she was also being rude too because he was wanting hair right regardless of it closing and she even told him you do realize we’re closing. Anyways I told lady no I just want to pay and I’ll go somewhere else to get it done correctly. So I went to someone who I knew personally with 15+ plus years who was able squeeze me in on their busy schedule and told me how much of a hack job was done, my hair was not even and my fade got screwed up. This is last time I’ll be visiting this location and going somewhere that will do my hair right, as I thought last experience that I had would hold with rest of the staff and I was wrong.

It was good but When I asked the professional hair stylist what she thought about how I should get a new hairstyle, she was asking me how I wanted it rather than suggesting things.

This was my go to for my 5 children however this last visit was a nightmare and the hairdresser was extremely hateful to my 8 year old daughter and couldn’t cut her hair straight. Won’t be back.

Today I went to Great Clips to get hair cut. I paid 28 dollars ($21+$7 tip)She just finished in 5 minutes! Never tried to smooth my hair… she did a very bad job! I can not go outside for at least few days. Do not go to this place….it was my last time….

Another great haircut at Great Clips. She followed my instructions perfectly and made some helpful suggestions. I always get a great cut no matter what location I visit, but this is my favorite.

Shoutout to the girl who did her best to fix what Pamela did to my hair. I've waited to post this, hoping my feelings would change but unfortunately, they haven't. I have terrible haircut anxiety and have never had a problem with great clips before. Since Pamela butchered my hair, I have to wake up earlier, spending an extra 20+ minutes trying to fix my hair. Not a day goes by where I don't look in the mirror and cry. I loved my hair style, I just needed it touched up a bit. I looked like a bowl cut in the front, Billy Ray Cyrus in the back. Again, shoutout to the girl who evened it out, I wish she cut my hair first, but the only part of me I felt like I truly liked, is gone.

My barber broke her leg so she'll be closed for a little while, so I went to this great clips store again they didn't do to bad for the price, other barbers charge way more!
