This doctor is amazing!!! Seriously, I’ve been to a lot of eye doctors in my life but she is the best. She does the exam in a different way but if you go with the flow, then you’ll end up with the best prescription of your life. I didn’t realize how bad my vision was until she perfectly corrected it. Highly recommend this place!!!!!!!

Zero rating based on deplorable behavior of the two girls at the front desk. I arrived on time. No greeting, no response from either girl, only lengthy blank stares. No manners whatsoever. Then they argued with me over my completed paperwork, rudely insisting I must do it all over again online. Since I previously obtained the form from a man there (with no mention of mandatory online completion), I’d had enough and walked. If the doctor allows these girls to treat a potential patient this badly, she doesn't need my business. Plenty of other eye care places in Norman.

I got here at 4:42 and the doors are locked. Saw the lady leave just as I pulled in. The sign says open till 5??? What??

Cost of eye exam with glasses and contacts prescriptions were $156 without insurance, which is the most affordable AND reliable option I found in the Norman area. Though I made an appointment, the wait time was a bit long (~20 minutes) which is the only con. The male receptionist was very nice and helpful. Dr. Vu took time to answer any questions I had which I appreciate.

Called to make an appointment and the girl on the phone was very unprofessional. She has no sense of detail or proper customer service. All she told me was the day of the week the appointment would be on. I had to ask her twice what the actual full date of the appointment was. You can’t just tell someone it’s on Thursday. She did this TWICE. You have to tell them the proper date.

Wonderful experience. If I could give this clinic more than five stars, I would. My family and I go no where else but here for checkups. I enjoy speaking to Ivan at the front desk, because he is not only professional, but friendly and helpful. The doctor never fails me and is always on top of my prescriptions.

Me and my senior age father both had a great experience here. He asked me to make this review because the staff was so excellent. The doctor that worked with him and one of the office managers, both were very helpful in trying to lower the cost of the appointment. The doctor made sure his insurance card was applied before he left and the office manager called him earlier this evening after looking over paperwork to let him know he has a bit of money coming back because his insurance covered the whole appointment. They told him sorry for the mix up but he was so pleased they caught it and were honest about it. We are both grateful to have the extra grocery money back for him. Thank you all.

I went into Eyemart next door with a script for glasses but it wasn't written for bifocals which I needed. They suggested I go to Focus Eye Care see what they could do. They got me right in and fixed my script. Very friendly and fast!
