I was very disappointed. They would only sell to customers that have an account. I left work early to pick up something they had there in the store and I could not buy. I AM DONE, with Fastenal ! ! Went home and ordered what I needed online. Guys! Better figure it out PDQ. So much for supporting local business.. Ordering from McMaster Car from now on !
