Have done business with this store for a couple years now. Staff in general are knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I also would like to bring special attention to Gloria. She is really good at sales but it doesn't feel like pressure. It's more like your talking to your buddy! If you like guns this store should be regular stop for you. They have a good selection (especially with handguns) and you can find some awesome bargains at times. I like this place.

I Called yesterday about Accordion and told LuAnn I was on my Way and was it still there. She said yes. After driving over an hour I get there and there is a man carrying it out. I said did you just sell that? You knew I was coming. She said I'm sorry he called me by name so I figured it was you. My Grandson was so disappointed. Learned another lesson in Life. Your Word means nothing to People Anymore.

Bought a ring a year ago and paid for a lifetime warranty, the guy that sold it said we could sell it back for what we paid for it whenever we wanted. The ring doesn't fit anymore so we took it back, they offered us $60 or store credit for a $500 ring. Don't ever believe what these cashiers tell you, they'll apparently say anything to get you to spend more money.

I've pawned at this pawn shop several times and have never had an issue until now I pawned a family heirloom a gold nugget ring and it was perfectly shiny when I put it in there and when I got it out it looks more like copper on the right side as you can see in the photo like it has been burnt or something happened to it while I'm Pawn they refused to acknowledge that damage had occurred and basically didn't do anything about it they damaged my property and I would just like people to be aware that I would not suggest pawning your gold to this pawn shop like I said I've never had problems but this once but this was a family heirloom that had been in my family for over 60 years and I only pawned it because I really needed the money I never intended to lose it I intended on getting it out and when I got it out I got it out and half burnt looking I'm only writing this review and hopes to help someone in the future do not Pawn your gold here
