Dr. Biles is fantastic! I wish we could've had him as our vet from the beginning of being dog parents. It took us a while to find him but it was worth the wait! Our dogs love this man and so do we

Left my older dog at Westwood for five days supposedly healthy and when I went to pick him up he was severely dehydrated and dying. I was informed that he was in renal failure. Which manifested itself in just a few days. He died a few hours after I picked him up. When the vet tech brought him to me I asked what was wrong with him, she said he was tired and had been sleeping all morning. He was unresponsive and she didn't even recognize this. I truly believe he was neglected.

Dr. Biles is a nice guy. The nurses don't seem like they truly care to be there though. You do have to wait like you're at the actual doctor.
