I’ve been using this pharmacy weekly since having brain tumor removed about 5 months ago & I’m very grateful to have found this place. My overall experience with them has been overwhelmingly positive. I mean basically every employee is very friendly & incredibly helpful. Also they’ve been very understanding of my unique situation & genuinely supportive of my recovery.Unfortunately, after so many positive experiences there I recently had a negative experience with ONE employee. The interaction was very confrontational & dismissive of my situation being unique & difficult. It left me so embarrassed, confused & upset that I felt I could never go back there again.However, I did go back & I’m honestly very happy I did b/ after picking up a prescription in the drive thru an employee actually came outside & waved me down to apologize, but she didn’t just apologize. She was visibly concerned about me & how the experience had affected me. I was absolutely shocked by how concerned she was about me. She clearly cares deeply about her customers & their experience. I truly appreciated her actions & kindness.So now I just want to make it clear you’ve absolutely fixed the situation with me. I’ll recommend Doctors Park Pharmacy now more than prior to the negative experience b/ of how much they cared about fixing things with me… & I’m just one customer. Thank you everything.

This was a tough decision for us to leave since we’ve been there for years but when you wouldn’t fill a med cause you started “ We don’t make money off this med so we won’t fill it any longer.” Never mind you’ve been taking this for years and have been filling all your meds here as well as your family when needed for years! Plus even I asked who they would suggest who would be the best option to fill it they blew me off and have no help, just rushed me off. They don’t send med reminders for patients on refills. No real online presence to help ( it’s clunky and doesn’t work most times ). Takes forever to get refills actually filled. My physician has sent my med scripts for years with 3month supply fill but, not once have they filled it that way. I get tired of reminding them and still not done. You may wonder why I stayed for so long, well, I’m loyal to a fault and love small businesses and want them to succeed but, these hassles are untenable for us. Small pharmacies wonder why they’re losing to the big boys, well, if you don’t carry the meds, behind in technology and don’t have the right resources to get the meds patients need don’t be shocked they leave and take their family with them. Especially when you state “ We don’t make money on this med so we will no longer be refilling it.” But want me to keep filling my other med there and my families? I’m sorry, It’s all or nothing for us.

Revised 11/2023: I really don't like doing this, but I'm lowering my five star review to three (3 1/2 actually). The inability to refill online has been a problem for over a month. Then the fact that my physicians have ordered a 90 day supply and the pharmacy takes no responsibility in clarifying why they only fill 30 days - if it's how the Rx is written, please just explain. Add in the diminished attention to detail (I have muscle issues and request all bottles to be filled without child-proof caps, yet they aren't 50% time) and I'm contemplating moving my and my family's prescriptions elsewhere. Honestly, the 'your home town, local, caring pharmacy' facade is losing its luster.There's a reason they've been around for 40 years and it's rare in this day and age: the staff is incredible. I've used them for over a decade and have had nothing but wonder experience. They have hounded doctors who were slow with refill orders, recommended options to save me money and always have a sucker waiting for my kids. Very professional but also very warm and personable. I highly recommend them.

Professional, prompt, friendly and a privilege to use. I got my Covid and flu shot and have had minimal side effects.The pharmacy has a great drive thru service. Thank you Doctors Park!

Poor communication. Was told that a medication was in stock for my child and that her dr could send it in, so waited 2 days for it to be filled only to be told that since she wasn’t already an established patient that they refused to fill it for her. I was also told that no one had any recollection of speaking with me from the previous day, why would I have a Dr send it there which is way out side of my area without speaking to someone regarding the medication first? 0/10 do not recommend.

Do not understand the hype over this pharmacy. They do not verify that your prescriptions were appropriately ran through all insurances should you have more than one. The elderly lady who works most of the time is incredibly rude every time I went. When I asked if she could verify that it was ran through both insurances she was annoyed and gave an awful glare in which I told her nvm I'll pay the copay I shouldn't have had to pay. They do not let you know when your prescriptions are ready for refill, such as text reminders, or courtesy calls. Their app is very basic and not up to date. Just AVOID this pharmacy unless you want issues and no resolutions without feeling like your a problem or annoyance. There are more up to date pharmacies who will communicate with you and make sure you get proper PAs and Insurance coverage.
