Went to discount tire in Norman today at lunch to get air in my tire the guy at the front desk told me be five minutes 30 minutes later a guy inside name Frank seen that I was waiting for a while and came and help me. As Frank was helping me his supervisor in a red shirt decides to pop up mind you the same supervisor had walked past me three times, if I could give those I would a crazy thing is this place has a lot of my business from all three of the cars that I have

Staff is fantastic and the store is clean and comfortable. 3 stars because they somehow never manage to fix my tires when they are losing air. I always end up needing to go elsewhere.

My experience today was absolutely Awesome ! Sales Representative, Jared , went above and beyond to take care of my car issue . Although, perhaps, minor to others . To me , I was very upset. I had an appointment today and arrived early. Jared took care of the issue, and I left before my appointment time. As upset as I was. Jared was well informed, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. I so very much appreciate the effort given to take care of my car’s situation. I arrived feeling worried, and left very grateful and happy. Years ago I had an emergency situation with my older car. It was taken care of immediately, and efficiently. So obviously, I made the right choice again choosing Discount Tires in Norman, Oklahoma! The staff never disappoint. Extremely professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and very efficient. My issue was my tire valve . Jared fixed it so quickly, and took the time to explain what may have caused it. And , how to recognize an issue again if it happens. I so much appreciate the effort Jared made to make me feel more at ease. It is more appropriated than you know. Jared is a exemplary employee. He went above and beyond today. Thank you again so much for your assistance to resolve my issue. Any one can give their business to your establishment with guarantee to resolve their automotive issues with great satisfaction. Grant was really helpful! Everyone was but he really made me feel like I wasn’t being scammed. As many car places will do to woman and he did not make me feel like anything I was charged for was unnecessary. And they helped inform me about things tire related I did not know about. It was really helpful and made the process easy as it could be given the situation.

Made an appointment for 4 tires and wiper blades. I was in and out of there in about an hour. Everyone was very nice and professional as well.

Great staff! Friendly and knowledgeable. They do offer upsells but aren’t pushy about it. Have been using them for years on all four of our vehicles. Will not go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I'm glad Jason was there to help me today. The experience was a perfect sales dream. He listened to my concerns about another Discount Tire location. He remained even kilter and professional the whole time. I knew what i wanted to buy. He sold me what i wanted at the price i was expecting. I'm the most pleased with how easy he made this purchase. I regularly come to Discount Tire just to air up my tires, and last minute emergency things if I need it. I came today to do exactly that, and a keen eye from Jarrett caught the abominations that were my windshield wiper blades. I was quoted $75 for wiper blades the other day and accepted they might be that price everywhere (thanks VW) but he was able to get me new wipers for less than half of my original quote. I was able to solve an issue that I was really concerned about with the weather being so nasty and unpredictable, and it was all because someone took an extra moment to make my life easier. I have lived in Norman for over 20 years and Discount Tire is the first place I think of for almost anything when it comes to my car. You will be treated well and taking care of here.

I have only great things to say about this place and everyone working. Every time I’ve gone, I have always been helped so well. I had a nail in my tire and I was hoping I didn’t have to buy a new tire.They were able to patch it up and they didn’t even charge me. Quick and great service!!
