1. They have over-charged me 3 times. IF they fix it, it's never a refund. They want to offer you three free months or something but then they still charge you during those three months that they weren't supposed to charge you for because they overcharged you. 2. They rarely answer their phone and when they do, they are extremely rude and very unhelpful. One girl even hung up on me because I asked her not to use "ma'am" in such a derogatory way. I was not rude to her. 3. I tried from day one to get someone to help me use the machines so I would do it correctly and not hurt myself. No one has ever been willing to help. It's been 4 months now and I got no help! So basically, I haven't been to the gym since I started because every time I go up there, I can't get any help using anything. I'm not one of these people that can automatically just use something correctly. I need a little assistance. You would think they would want to show people how to do it properly so they didn't get hurt and sue them. 4. Like most gyms, they make it nearly impossible to be able to cancel your membership no matter what. If you decide to risk it at this place, I would suggest you watch your bank account closely and don't expect any help from the employees. In person or by phone. When I have left messages, no one calls me back. Ever.
