David in Norman needs a raise! That guy made sure we got the best deal possible before leaving his store. Gave us every avenue and option to make sure we understood what we were buying! Did I mention he was bilingual and speaks Spanish too? He’s completely an asset to this company and corporate America should do better!

Cricket closes to early. Both stores and Phone service. Their customer service has gone down hill a lot. Think I'm going to have to switch.

I had to have Cricket teach me what to do bc my phone kept saying No Sim card. Good thing they showed me how to update my new phone ? bc it happened 3 more times.This was an amazing store and Employees were fantastic. Thanks Cricket ?

Listen.My experiences with phone service retailers have been wearing me down. Slowly losing faith in the industry.David at this store single-handedly revived the elation in my heart with purchasing a new phone.I came in expecting to spend maybe ~$30... With David holding the reins and guiding me through every stwp... I ended up spending $1200. And I couldn't be happier with the purchases I made!? David!And I meant what I said about naming my firstborn son after you!

The guy was really rude. After waiting 20 mins for help he saw we were already customers. He walked away from us to help someone that wanted to sign up for cricket.

If I can give this store negative stars I would because I went yesterday to purchase a phone and the Sale Rep keep pushing me to get a case with any phone I get and if I didn’t he wouldn’t help me and told me to go other Cricket store where I get a phone without a case that’s a UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I came to this store because it was closer to my homeI understand they work based on commission but I feel if you are a great Sale Rep and knowledgeable and of course not pressure the customer they will buy items for their phones

Both David and Ivan at the Cricket store on Lindsay were extremely helpful and deserving of a raise. The employees at the Cricket on Alameda are extremely unhelpful and they are JERKS on the phone as well as in person. Could we get a third store option located in central Norman? Please?

I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience at this Cricket store on Lindsey in Norman last night. Both Ivan and David were great. I dread going in to my local store because of how hard they try to push you to buy xyz product or service and some of them I have to straight up argue with them and it's exhausting.
