Supper nice people but either the rep or the system tried to schedule a $75 appointment for a simple install of a second TV box. I informed the rep that an appointment was showing up his screen. I told him that I was installing the device. He advised it was nothing. 10 mins later I get a text requesting confirmation of my upcoming appointment. The options on the text didn't include cancelling it, so I typed in STOP. This only rescheduled the appointment. I had to go online to my account to cancel it. Next time I'll drive to a Cox store in another city. Wasted at 20 mins of my day.

Very very amazing people! Falvio was the one who helped me out getting wife and internet in my new apartment. He was very nice, helpful, polite, patience, knowledgeable, and over all a very great employe. He was such an amazing person to work with. Ive had Cox before and just wanted to continue with them. I went to check out ATT first and they were rude and unprofessional. never will I ever go to ATT again. COX ALL THE WAY! such a great environment and amazing people!!!

I literally just need to drop equipment off and I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes! While I understand some customers need information/instruction/etc there should be a designated person for drop off equipment since that doesn’t require time for explanation just a receipt that it was received. While waiting, I’m listening to all the sales people that are busy trying to UPSELL their clients…..if u don’t have enough staff - be efficient and deal With what the customer requested and quit wasting everyone’s time trying to get more money out of these people. Every one I could overhear was adamantly refusing but cox kept trying to upsell…..

Nice people. BUT, nobody knows anything. Modem has a "simple installation". Scan the barcode and it does nothing but take you to the website. Management couldn't figure it out. I used to be able to change channels and rewind every show I had been watching. Can't do it now, guess what, management didn't know that either.
Cox is horrible. Constant outages, impossible to reach a live person.
Again, nice people, but totally untrained by upper management. Not their fault, but that doesn't give me a discount each month when I make my full overpriced payment.
Goodbye Cox and good riddance.

I was in today for some technical issues with a modem. Flavio assisted me and was incredibly helpful. His service was so excellent that I thought I'd share how great customer service was for me.
Thanks Flavio

Constant issues lately. I understand issues, but offer small price break or compensation?? If we didn't pay, we'd have consequences.

Just had the most RIDICULOUS experience with Cox. My mom is in her late 80's and has major difficulty getting around. I've been paying her bills for her. All of the utility places allow for guest payments over the Internet. Why? Because they want to get paid! I tried to find an option for gues payment on the Cox site. Couldn't find it. Called Cox's billing department and went through their EXTENSIVE call tree and questioning process. Got fed up. Called the actual store. They told me that I was welcome to come in but that they couldn't take payments over the phone. Only the billing department could do that. I told him that I'd just called them and went through a rigorous questioning and extensive call tree and he laughed and said yeah that's our billing department...So, called the billing department again, waded through EVERYTHING to speak to an actual human who told me that since I wasn't LISTED on the account, he couldn't take my money. (Understand that THROUGHOUT this process, I was very clear that my ONLY objective was to PAY HER BILL. I called the actual store back and told them what the billing department said. The person said "oh wow!". He said "You can come into the store and pay it. You cant make any changes to the account and we cant tell you anything about the account but you can make a payment". I said "So, I can come in and make a payment on an account im not listed on; but can't make a payment over the phone on that same account?" I asked "Where do I send a complaint to?" He gave me the customer service number. I called and got the message that they were closed but I could text with someone. I chose that option and they put me on an automated texting thing where they did not understand my rant. (Ughhhh!) They finally let me text with a live person who accepted my payment. I asked but did not get clarification on why Cox would allow payments in store from someone not on the account but not over the phone. I asked the person I was texting with "Am I going to have to do this every month-complain until someone takes my money?" And, yeah, it appears as though I am. This is absolutely ridiculous! I had all of the information to make her payment and they were like "Sorry you gotta come in". Makes NO sense! I told the texting guy, I don't know if you have the ability to pass on complaints but if you do, please tell them to implement a guest payment feature.

Cox says they don't have problems with their mobile services inside of buildings in some areas this is the image will show proof on their services in some buildings in some areas in the Cleveland county area. One side in the photo shows Cox mobile cell connection. The other side shows airtalk wireless connection with AT&T and T-Mobile. Come on Cox you can do better!

After 3 years of having Cox internet and paying every bill on time, they are nearly doubling the monthly cost. I asked if there were any options for discounts, and I was only offered reduced speeds. Now I have to deal with the headache of changing services and having locates flags all over the yard. To anyone that is upset like me, OEC fiber was able help out and offer the same speed of service (1 gb) at a substantially lower rate (and it's not a temporary discount).
Hey Cox, good luck surviving when you treat customers like this during inflation and a poor economy.
