I was in today for some technical issues with a modem. Flavio assisted me and was incredibly helpful. His service was so excellent that I thought I'd share how great customer service was for me.

Constant issues lately. I understand issues, but offer small price break or compensation?? If we didn't pay, we'd have consequences.
