Shannan did such an amazing job for our wedding this spring. The day of coordination was so great that I really did not have to worry about anything! And the preparation up to that day was so detailed and organized. We had an amazing time and our guests are still talking about it. Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend you for any future events. 5 stars!!!

Shannon and her wonderful crew help me with all our Fraternity events! Alumni Dinners, Parents weekends and more! She "gets" my vision of what I want and it turns out beautifully!! They are so much fun to work with! We love them!

Had a great party with the help of the Countdown Event Center Crew! Shannan was very responsive and easy to work with. I'm not much of a decorator myself, so I had the crew bring my party to life with a few inspiration photos and my budget in mind. The location was clean, well decorated and came with great amenities, like a kitchen, a dressing room, surround sound, flat screens, etc.

Countdown Event Center helped us pull off the best Football Banquet our school has had. Shannan and her incredible staff gave attention to every little detail, while listening to any of our wants or concerns. They were engaged throughout the entire process, and with great enthusiasm. It felt like they were genuinely celebrating our players with us, and wanting them to have a memorable night. I was floored by all of the supplies available to use, and after having looked at MANY other places, the price and flexibility of the space were spot on. Would absolutely recommend this place and the incredible leadership in a heartbeat!! So glad to have a beautiful facility like this in the area!

Loved my experience at this venue! It was so delightful. Very convenient location being close to businesses in Norman and easy access. I have know.the owner for over ten years and her professionalism and love for people and making there experience a once in a lifetime memory whether it be a baby shower, girls night out, graduation party, surprise birthday party or your daughters or son wedding reception this venue can do it all and Shannon is your gal. She will help you and do all she can to make your event the best it can possibly be! She is dedicated to service and making sure you will be happy. The space is large or can be small for more intimate events or small business meetings. Whatever fits your style. Norman has needed a place like this to offer the public that is reasonable and fun to work with. I highly recommend Shannan Hinckley she is your event gal! ?

This place is phenomenal! I have attended one day retreats there twice. The facility is comfortable and inviting. The owner Shannan is beyond accommodating and goes above and beyond to assist you in whatever you need. The entire place is impeccable clean and is quite charming. I would recommend this event center to anyone that desires to hold large or small groups of people.

Hands down the best venue I’ve ever worked with. The countdown crew really went above and beyond preparing the space for my specific event. It’s not just an empty venue that you have to pay for and then slave over to transform. Shannan and her team will do it all for you and they have excellent taste carrying out your vision. Overall it’s a beautiful space with great amenities and the staff is fantastic. 10 out of 10.

This event center is in a great location. Lots of room for parking. They keep it clean and beautifully decorated. They are so helpful to make your special day perfect. One of the best event Center in Norman for sure that is priced just right. Can't say enough about this place. Love this place ❤️
