*** THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!***I took my car here after it was involved in a collision (insurance made me go here). First they tried to lie about the insurance not paying them and told me I needed to pay. I paid them and called the insurance and got them to stop the check on their side. My insurance reimbursed me. Then when I came to pickup my car I noticed they damaged a piece on the bumper. As they were doing the walk around to show me the work they acted like they didn’t see the damage they caused. Had I not pointed it out they would’ve never said anything about it.Once they were aware, they tried to tell me it came to them like that. When I informed them I had pictures of the vehicle before they touched it (since it was in a collision) they backed off and said they would order the piece they broke and fix it. Did that happen? Absolutely not! It’s been about 6 months and they still haven’t even reached out. Do not use them! Go anywhere but here! They are extremely unprofessional and a complete pain to deal with.

DO NOT USE GERBER COLLISION IN NORMAN Estimated to fix car in two weeks, took a month. They fixed the visible damage, but insisted they had to replace my sensors in the back of my car even though they worked when the car went into the shop. I got my car back on Halloween after a month of them having it. None of the sensors in my car work at all including the front camera which they did no work on the front end of my car. My car is also throwing a BCI warning that it was in a collision which it was not and that was not showing up when my car went into the shop. We called immediately that night noticing there were issues. They called back the next day and said to bring it in on the 2nd. Ok. We brought it in and they tried to argue with us that "that's now how your car left the shop" when it completely was, the only place it was driven was home and back to the collision center. They are saying they will correct it, no time frame and not knowing how long it would take. To add icing on the cake, when my car was in the shop they lost my emblem and said if they find it they would put it back on. Ridiculous! Insurance was contacted along with sending pictures of the shotty work and they are saying they will handle it, if not there will be a lawsuit considering they said they had to replace items that were in working order when it entered the shop and now they claim that they didn't mess up our car!!!! To add estimated damage in beginning was 3400, when all was said and done they got my insurance for 6700. And for what?!?!?!

I've been in 2 not at fault accidents and one deer accident and they've fixed my car up every time. Usually pretty quick and informative. Super nice employees ? thank you for all you do

The staff was rude and they did not fix my RAV4 completely stating it was probably broke after we got the car back. I was in the hospital and had to have my son pick it up. I told my son to look at it really well, but he was born with a little bit of brain damage. He just didn’t notice it as it was part of the undercarriage now my undercarriage is missing a piece of plastic.

DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT DAMAGED MORE!!!!!I would give 0 stars if I could. Dropped my vehicle off after I got rear ended. Did the initial car inspection with Casey to mark other dings and scratches that weren’t related to the accident. When I picked up my car there was a pretty big scrape under my back driver side handle that was not there before. When I asked about it he said he made a “mistake” and didn’t notice it and put it in the initial inspection (how crazy). So they’re refusing to fix their damage to my car and making excuses. They try to show a picture hours after my car was dropped off saying the reflection shows it even though I have pictures before I dropped the car off with no damages.

Brought my truck in for repair, only because it was one of my insurance's preferences. Sadly I'm just not happy at all. There were only two things I addressed with them that mattered the most to me, and that's where they failed.1- I told them the truck had after market tint, asked if I needed to schedule with the tint place. The told me they would match it.... Sweet.2- glass clean up. I have children and I asked if they detailed the vehicle or if I needed to make an appointment for that as well. Told me they also do post accident details. Awesome.Picked up my truck, in a very timely manner. They were nice, professional. However... I didn't schedule any secondary appointments because I was told they would take care of it. Now I'm covered in blood from trying to clean the glass out, my truck is not tinted and to add incident to injury, there's a white film covering the interior of my vehicle. I feel like I was lied to... I'm just not satisfied.Service: Auto windshield repair

I have dealt with collision repair in the past and I thought they had good customer service. My paint started pealing on my daughter's Mazda so I called Gerber. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and very nice. She explained they would repaint and honor the warranty. My car was done in a timely manner. When I picked up the car the entire staff greeted me and she again was very polite. I highly recommend Gerber Collision. I would do business with them anytime.Service: Painting

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They took my full deductible and didn't even fix my problem after my accident. They popped a dent out and didn't even bother to paint over the scratches. They said they fixed my alignment but it is definitely not fixed. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!!

I tried twice to set up an appointment and each time the sapport staff either set for the wrong thing (they set it for hail damage i was in a wreck) or just didnt set the appointment at all they really need to get their self's together would not recommend

DO NOT USE. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They did not communicate with me about the process of repairing my vehicle, whatsoever. They did not give me an estimate as to when my car would be done. Dropped my vehicle off on 02/27 before business hours , as that is when the shop said my replacement bumper would be in. I called that same day to ask if my bumper had came in, because the estimator, Meagan, assured me if the bumper wasn't going to come in that day, I could pick my vehicle back up and then drop it off when the bumper came in. They said your bumper will be here at 5pm, so I asked them if I could pick my vehicle back up since it wouldn't be worked on that day. They said YES. No problem. I sent my friend to pickup my vehicle and they told him no, the bumper was already taken off. I later found that was a lie and my car was sitting in the same spot I left it. When I asked when my car would be ready, they said the middle of the day of 02/28 , or the afternoon AT THE LATEST. I called them on 02/28 in the morning to see if they could tell me when my vehicle would be ready. They said oh it will be ready this afternoon. I called them right before they closed, and they said oh no it'll be tomorrow morning. So, 03/01 I call them that morning and the shop person says hmm the notes say your car won't be ready until tomorrow afternoon. What??? The front desk lady, Monica or whatever, proceeds to get an attitude and say "well I don't know I've talked about thousands of vehicles today". Ok cool, but it's your job to be able to answer the questions I have about my vehicle. So the afternoon of 03/01 I went to the shop in person to confront them and my car was ready within 30 minutes of just showing up. I don't care that it took that long to complete, but I care about the lack of communication on their part which makes it very hard for someone to plan around. It sounds like the people that actually work on your car and the estimators don't communicate. That or the estimator doesn't know how to do their job. Oh and to top all of that off, the paint job they did is SCRATCHED and they gave me someone else's bill, so if you're reading this Stephen, sorry about your Buick. TL;DR They won't tell you when your car will be ready, and act like you're inconveniencing them just by asking when it will be.

Communication was awful. When my car was finally ready to pick up there were numerous things wrong. 1. clips were missing in wheel liner 2. Trim was crooked in multiple areas. 3. Bumper was misaligned 4. Door they had replaced was crooked 5. Window switch didn’t work 6. Paint looked horrible there are swirl marks everywhere.I tried to have these issues resolved and they said they would order a few more parts and they fixed a few things same day while I waited… and just never heard from them again on the “ordered parts”. I don’t want to take my car back there at this point anyways. Wish I could get some insurance money back so I can find another shop to correct their issues.How do they think it’s okay to return someone’s car like this? Did anyone do a once over on the work before they thought it was “done” and ready to return to the customer?It’s hard to find a good body shop and you just have to hope you’re going to find a place that does a good job. I recommend you try somewhere else before coming here for a bad experience.Service: Body & Trim

The shop worked not good at all.When I pick up my car, this is the result. I had to take my car back to talk about this. The guy in there told me he’ll fix it. And now it’s a month already and no phone call/ email to talk about this issue.Will not recommend any of whoever reading this review coming to this place.Disappointed experience!
