Horrible and most frustrating experience getting glasses. I would give a zero if I could. ***Reading this companies response to other horrible reviews shows how they justify their actions and could care less about your dissatisfied experience***They are nice enough people, but nice doesn't get the job done right. Dr. Spencer was pushy and pushed me into a product I didn't want to begin with. She wanted me to try progressive glasses and said if I didn't like them then I could bring them back. What they don't tell you is that it is not free of charge if you are dissatisfied with the glasses. They also know that progressive glasses don't work for the majority of people and will tell you that after you being them back. Dr. Spencer also pressured me to go see a referral specialist doctor in OKC for an unecessary check up. The tech who measured my eyes for progressives did not measure them accurately, so I could not see out of the them as everything was blurry. I took them back and said these don't work for me and I wanted single vision. I found out I was not measured correctly, but they wouldn't give me a refund, so I had to reschedule to get my eyes re-checked before they would give me single vision glasses. I had to wait two more weeks for an appointment, but after a re-check my vision was the same. I waited two more weeks for the single vision glasses and came in for the replacement. They significantly stretched my glasses out during the replacement process and she tried to give them back to me that way. I told the tech that the glasses are stretched out, and they don't fit the way they used to. She attempted to fix them without success. After 4 visits and $300 dollars later, I have a pair of glasses that don't fit right and I hate them. I feel the staff is under qualified and they make careless mistakes. I will take these glasses to get them fixed somewhere else because I have lost all confidence in the staff. I will never return and will say it was the worst experience I have ever had getting glasses in 30 years.

Dr. Smith has been my optometrist for 6-7 years now and he is nothing short of awesome. And it is also a plus that the staff are patient and knowledgeable which makes for a great visit and I recommend Classic Vision 10/10!!

Classic Vision is highly skilled, affordable and friendly. Their first goal is to focus on accurately diagnosing eye care needs. They not try to push expensive and unnecessary treatments or frames. They even have a low cost selection of frames.

Dr Smith and his staff are phenomenal! They’re so patient and treated me perfectly. Answered all my questions and got me set up with glasses, contacts, and readers! I even asked them to work up my insurance in two different ways to compare which I route would get me the most out of my insurance and she did so with grace and professionalism.My family and I will continue to come back!!

Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Spencer were fantastic. They got us in quickly and Dr. Spencer took very good care of my 10yr old daughter. Explained everything in great detail and made sure my daughter was comfortable and understood exactly what was going on. I would highly recommend Classic Vision. Great team there in Noble.

Noble location - Very friendly and personable. Lots of questions to make sure the features for my frames and lenses are correct. They handled my weird insurance. (I work for an out-of-state company and I'm the only Oklahoma employee.) I picked them because I wanted to spend my money locally but I'll keep using them because they gave me the best service I've had in years.

Dr. Spencer was great! Took my daughter and this was her first visit to any eye doctor. Dr. Spencer made it a fun visit for her and was very good at communicating what was needed as far as next steps! Would definitely recommend.

I love how Dr. Smith is willing to explain everything to me. He even went out and picked out the right strength readers for me. He goes the extra mile for his patients.
