there is a woman who works there who will constantly talk to you and makes everyone super uncomfortable with her input. If you have any kind of social anxiety this is NOT the store for you.. I seriously think she tells everyone how much she loves A**l and will find any excuse in a conversation to share that and I could not get away fast enough.

Tldr; awful, unsafe, outdated, selective -- beware. Treat your lover better and go else where.Not neurodivergent friendly, outdated, as well as unorganized & poor selection of cheaply made product. They will constantly refer you to their website, there's a better store down the street or in town properly & safely stocked compared to this place.Not safe either!! Numerous packages of product are noticably damaged and have found ants on said product, including tape residue everywhere... Do not end up with a rash by buying any silicone or rubber toy here, said materials can absorb other materials so be careful, they will not give proper information about products either, only what keeps them safe (do research on silicone, it won't "melt" like they quickly & safely tell you, try 'patch testing'). Their selection of bed side items & supplements however are mediocre but are the only thing worth the convenience, I guess.They seem lgbt friendly, especially with the newspaper, but the severe lack of lgbt products says otherwise, especially for the masculine presenting.

Horrible customer service! Charged me 3 times, had to drive 30 minutes back to the store to get the charges dropped off, all sales are final so could not return the item from the frustration, and only a apology. Will never go back here!

Staff has been friendly and helpful (but not too overbearing) each time I have gone. Store is clean and well organized, lots of variety. Prices are also not too bad compared to other adult retailers as well!
