Walked in with thousands of dollars to open account for my children. Even though NO ONE was there but 5-7 employees, they said they were short handed and it would take several hours but they would try and get started. So sad, but I walked out with my thousands and will look for someone who actually wants my business. I had an hour or so, but not all day.

Went in last week to open an account and Abigail was amazing!!! She was so nice and so so helpful. Previously went to the Chase on Boyd and they were not helpful. I definitely recommend going to this one! She was great!

I have been banking with you for seven years. Why did you choose today to bother me with needing my ID to put a deposit into my account? Until now it has been good enough for me to give you my bank card. Who cares who deposit money into mt account. I will take anyones money. You should not need my ID to out money into my account when i give you my bank card.

I opened an account and it is absolutely ridiculous you guys need info to verify me sending money into my own bank account. Lot of time waiting for money that’s already fdic insured

Tellers are all great but good luck making a deposit via ATM. Thing has been broken almost every other time I visit.

In the past, Chase used to be a very, very good bank customer service was number one and was really hard to beat. Then all of a sudden the local Chase Banks started disappearing off of the map and customer service at these locations were almost non-existent, especially since they were trying to push off most of your banking to the automated machines. But today was a little different. The walk-in was super friendly and they didn't seem to push me towards the automated machine and asked what I needed. I had a bank teller named Ismael who really stood out as having superior knowledge, listening skills, and customer service beyond. I appreciate his help and his kindness and most of all happy and smiling through all the transactions.

$10 to cash a chase check. Doesn’t matter if check holder has an account, would not wave fee & horrible customer service. Thank you for reminding me why I do not do business with you.

At this point, I'm not sure why they even offer the ability to make a deposit via the ATM. It is NEVER working.

This is the WORST bank I’ve ever experienced. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK EVEN FOR A CAR LOAN!!!! I ONLY have a car loan here and almost every single time I’ve made a car payment, there has been an error on the tellers’ end. When I was working and physically could not go to the bank in person to pay my car payment, I had to make the payment over the automated phone system and it didn’t come out of my account for days. No idea if it was paid or not and of course I tried to call the phone number for their physical location in norman to check, and it’s automated ONLY!! :) The employee confirmed this for me because as she didn’t even know the phone number to that location. This is the same place in which you aren’t allowed to pay your car payment through the drive through…. LOL. It’s 2023.Then my mom went in for me ONLY to make sure the payment went through, and no one would allow her to check even though she had my social security number, home address, and her id. multiple employees gave me an 800 number to call. I CANNOT reach a live person. NEVER COME HERE!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!! (unless you have no problem having to walk into the bank for any other reason than making a deposit, having a LOAN through a bank who doesn’t have a direct phone number, and wondering if your car payment was paid each month!!)
