Completely dissatisfied with Schwab's customer service. Paperwork taking forever with plenty of "reasons" why. Called Schwab home office and there's no record of what we're trying to get done after weeks of it supposedly getting sent in from local office. Apparently only one person in all of Schwab can help us and has to call us back. That makes that person too scarce to do much for us. Should we stay or should we go?
