I recently came in to purchase a vehicle that I saw online and left with one that was 10 times better than what I thought I was going to get!
I will say that this is my first time purchasing a vehicle at a dealership because in the past, I have bought cars from Hertz and Carmax. With that being said, as someone who used to work at Carvana and Vroom, I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to receive my car sooner due to the lack of detail personnel. When I worked at those two companies, when we didn’t have anybody to detail the cars that were supposed to be delivered, we either hand washed them and cleaned them out ourselves, or we outsourced and went to a nearby car wash that detailed.
Other than that when I came to pick up the vehicle, it exceeded my expectations for cleanliness! I thought that I would have to go in and do a bit more cleaning and I was thoroughly surprised that I didn’t. When I came to pick it up, Nick already had it waiting out front for me. It was an exciting day and I got to see all of the different features that I missed when I was initially looking for the car!
Overall, not a bad first experience at a dealership, and I feel like that says a lot!

Wonderful car purchase experience, no hassle. I called ahead of time, and Corey was a great salesperson to work with. He made sure everything goes seamlessly, and we had our car ready to go. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Happy with the product, looking forward to enjoy my new ride.

I had a fantastic experience at Bob Moore Cadillac of Norman! Kenneth and Kelso are the best! I jokingly told them I put the location in my GPS but got lost...lol :-) When I arrived, I saw Kenneth unlocking the gate and turning on the lights. Upon arrival at my office, Kelso called to inform me that the oil change, 24-point inspection, and tire rotation were complete. Wow! They are efficient! When I picked up my car, though they were about to close, Kenneth and Kelso waited and ensured I picked it up. I appreciated that they waited for me, considering I had driven from Midwest City. They washed my car and even cleaned the interior, including the mats. The air fresheners they provided were a nice touch and smelled terrific. Because of this great experience, I will be going to Bob Moore of Norman for all my Cadillac service needs from now on. Thanks so much, Kenneth and Kelso!

I had a very pleasant experience sales staff was friendly. The only thing I was disappointed in was I should have look at the interior on the website closer didn't realize it was beige instead of black. My Bad I learn to like it.

I bought my fully loaded XT4 from Bob Moore Cadillac in Norman. When I purchased it, I knew there were a ton of computerized components in it, the dash, the nav, the cameras, the entertainment system. Because of all these components, I decided to purchase the extended warranty through Bob Moore, I spent over $4k on this warranty. Since purchasing my XT4, I’ve had nothing but problems with those components. I have an issue where my dash just reboots itself while I’m driving also, the review mirror keeps going off while I’m driving as well. I’ve had my car into service probably no less than 5 times about these issues and of course they can’t find anything wrong. My husband who is a mechanic by trade has used his Snap-on scan tool to scan my car and it shows communication errors between those modules but yet Bob Moore can’t find anything wrong. These issues happened again this morning, my review mirror cut off again while I was driving so my husband called to get my car in to service again and was told they have no loaners to issue me, they’ve said this the past three times I’ve brought my car in. Its always an excuse that they have a 25-person waitlist. I can’t go without a car, for me no car = no work and telling him to just put my mirror in manual mode is not a fix to the problem, its just a band aid.
I feel like with the amount of money I paid for the car plus all the extra warranties I purchased through them, that they should be doing everything they can to find and resolve the issues, but they are not doing that.
I was initially so excited about getting this car, I worked hard and had finally gotten to a point in my career where I was able to purchase my first luxury car, and I ended up so very disappointed and will never purchase another Cadillac again and never another purchase from any Bob Moore dealership.
