Very happy with the service I received from this 3rd generation business. I’d like to respond to some of the negative reviews this companies received. Customers need to understand that there are many parts working together to keep our vehicles running. Some parts work in conjunction with each other so we may go in and ask for one item to be fixed, not understanding or knowing there are other parts that work i. Conjunction with that part resulting in multiple repairs in order for that part to continue to function properly. Secondly You should not judge when you see someone standing around, especially back in the workstation; they might be waiting for a test result on a diagnosis; they might be waiting for a part that was ordered to come in. They might even be taking the required break. I also understand unexpected frustration. I’ve been ripped off many many times in my life , but I found this place was genuinely very fair in their pricing and workmanship

Never going here again. Spent thousands of $ here to get repairs done since the beginning of this year. And I still have parts breaking and leaks happening. Had a radiator leak and an AC leak done earlier this year. That both of them need to be replaced AGAIN. Fixed my air compressor last month. And my air is out AGAIN. Please go somewhere else to save you the thousands. Because the part they fix might work for a max of a few months and then it breaks again. Causing you to fix it AGAIN.

They are always awesome and mechanics are fast, had my 3rd drain and fill on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra gt 223000 miles and would take my vehicle there for any issues, they gave me a number to call for a free tow to their shop should I need it

Would not recommend this place to anyone! If I could rate it 0 stars I would! The guy sitting up front couldn’t tell left from right and the boys “working” in the back were just standing there anytime I walked by. I got quoted an hour to 2 hours to replace one stud and it took 5! When I called at about hour 3 of it being there they said about 20 minutes, I show up 30 minutes later hoping it wouldn’t be much longer and I wait another 15-20 minutes before I go in and ask how long and he proceeded to tell me and additional 30-40 minutes. When I made a comment about how I don’t understand how it went from 20 minutes to at this point almost another hour and a half he said “we can just take your car out and not finish.” This place has no communication or customer service. It’s absolutely terrible!

If you want the job done right the first time go to Brookhaven Tire & Auto before you go anywhere else. They are honest, have fair prices and do quality work while providing great customer service.

Ended up here twice in 3 weeks, through no fault of theirs. The included towing was a lifesaver. Everyone is so friendly and polite. Repair costs are reasonable. They fixed a rattling sound that was there since I bought it, and other shops had told me there was either nothing they could do or they couldn't figure out why it was happening. I'm happy to find a place in town that I trust to get vehicle work done.

Great service! These guys did a fantastic job on my work truck. It took them a little while to locate the correct tires. However, they service was quick and professional.
