Worst experience ever!. We were treated and followed as if we were going to steal. My husband and I went after he got off work to purchase ariat workboots, and they all stared at us and then all 4 followed us around not asking if we needed help, just watching us. We grabbed the pair he went in for tried on and paid n left. Never again.! We will take out business elsewhere from now on!.

First time here today and wow!!!! I’m in love!!! So my town was supposed to get one and we still haven’t gotten it built yet. We came to Norman and I had no idea the selection of not just boots. But jewelry! Clothing! AND they give veterans a discount! Francis was so sweet in explaining the rewards program. By far my favorite store to shop at!! I will be back!!

Disappointing Experience – Rude and Unprofessional Manager unfortunately
I recently visited this Boot Barn expecting a pleasant shopping experience, but instead, I encountered one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful store managers ive ever dealt with name Trina. From the moment I walked in, their attitude was unbearable—cold, dismissive, and completely uninterested in assisting customers.When I asked a simple question about using my employee discount for outfits for family pictures, i had the manager Trina and an employee name kaden also told me that I wasn't a priority although i was an employeeat a different location i am still a human and still a customer and should be treated as such. I was shocked by the way Trina responded with an eye-roll and a sarcastic remark, making it clear that customer service was not a priority. She started questioning me about my manager at my store, and when I called my boyfriend, she assumed I was calling my manager. She even went as far as asking who I was on the phone with and telling me I didn’t need to call them. Trying to lighten the mood—especially since I was there with my 6-year-old son and my 12- and 13-year-old daughters—I jokingly mentioned that I never had issues at the Ada or Ardmore location. That’s when she completely lost control. She stormed off, called my store, and had a meltdown in front of the entire store, all because she couldn’t do something as simple as inputting my information for the discount. Whenever my kids and i walked out of the store she started coming at us aggressively yelling while she was in front of the store with one of my managers on the phone my bf saw her coming at us and got out the vehicle and then she stopped and said have a nice day we did have witnesses and alot of them i had other people telling me that i didnt say anything wrong and how she react was uncalled for she was so loud and just extremely unprofessional it was honestly so sick that someone would act like that especially in front of young kids and a whole store of customers. I made some phone calls about this location and the way that the manager Trina acted and eveverything. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy was shocking, especially for a Western store that should value hospitality and respect. If this is the kind of service they allow, I’d be ashamed. I highly recommend avoiding this location unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

No one helped me pick out boots. Staff was not very friendly or welcoming. It was an inconvenience for them to help or check out at the register. The only Boot Barn that is not worth going to.

No service what so ever, don't go in wear normal clothes there will be no help, make sure you have you sport you hillbilly attire never go there again

Unprofessional Conduct and Lack of Assistance from Store Manager - Trina.
I had the most outrageous and disappointing encounter I've ever experienced while seeking assistance from the store manager. The conduct displayed by Trina was unprofessional, utterly lacking in customer service, and quite frankly DISRESPECTFUL.
I had called the store, and was simply asking for the contact information for the Store's Senior Leadership Team in order to address a complaint. I communicated with Trina calmly, professionally, and politely, only to be met with outright refusal to provide any contact information. Furthermore, during our interactions, Trina displayed a complete disregard for professional decorum by abruptly hanging up on me FOUR TIMES, without attempting to resolve the matter or even provide basic courtesy. I had to call another location to obtain the contact information for district managers.
Not only as a customer, but as a PERSON, I expect a certain level of respect and assistance when reaching out to a manager for support. However, the behavior exhibited by Trina fell egregiously short of these expectations, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the level of "service" provided.
It is imperative for Boot Barn to address such instances of unprofessional conduct promptly to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar treatment in the future. Upholding standards of professionalism and customer service should be paramount in maintaining the reputation and integrity of your organization.
I trust that Boot Barn will take appropriate action to address this matter and prevent such occurrences from happening again in the future.

Price didn’t match the tag. Nothing was done even though the price tag said lower price. Cashier didn’t put my item in a bag, didn’t even offer one. Walked out just carrying my incorrectly priced item.
