Robert Walker and crew impressed the heck out of me. It's true, they don't slap you silly and slam you with hidden add-ons. Drove there from DFW Saturday, the worst day to buy a car, but they got me the the price they posted and no pressure tactics. It took about 3 hours, but they were busy and it was a Saturday, so I was so happy I got the truck I wanted, way better deal than I could find in DFW, the drive and adventure was worth it. It was fun and nice to meet the great folks @ Bob Moore Nissan/ It worked for me, hope they treat you the same :)

Mr. Robert Walker is an absolute beast at what he does. I live in Lawton and called about an online price I saw, he informed me that this was the legitimate price and it would not change when I arrived. I drove and when I arrived he was waiting on me with the car already good to go. I test drove the car and it was exactly what I was looking for. I came back in with Mr. Walker and agreed to move forward with the purchase. Mr. Walker and his team made this a very streamlined process and even pulled out a few cars for my teenage son to look at and sit in! I finished all the paperwork and they had me out the door with a cleaned car within an hour and a half! They did not haggle me at all or try to upsell me. I made it clear only one time that I was coming for the car I chose at the price I agreed on and nothing more and they ensured it was completed as soon as possible while still taking quality time to make sure me and my family were comfortable the whole time. Definitely the place to go to find a dealership that honors their online prices and gives you a warm welcome with an efficient process.

We are very appreciative for the customer support we received with Bob Moore Nissan in Norman. Winston Shelley, the Finance Producer stayed after hours to assist our purchase even though his family was waiting on him for their Friday night family night. I call this good customer service!

Had a wonderful experience purchasing with Bob Moore. We drove 6 hours to see a used truck and Brian Clagg worked with us to make it was ready and available when we arrived. Brian was wonderful to work with!

My ancient Juke finally kicked the bucket and I went here and I am glad I did. Everyone wad excellent from Brian selling us the car to Winston doing the financing. There was no pressure to do anything and it was the best car buying experience I have had and I will go back.

Shop around. Stopped at parts department for rear passenger window. They want $321 + tax. Found a place in the city to do it with tint installed for $197 w tax.

First of all, customer service was great, salesman Brian was more helpful than any other dealership I’ve been to, mans was spitting good game. Cody, also friendly, real cool guy, if you see a man doing a spin for no reason just know it’s Cody and he is going to get you that help you need. Second, the car (2017 Camaro) is in great condition, well kept up with, looked maintained except for the fact it did need a lil car wash. Now we ain’t gonna front here like if everything was peaches and cream, I do feel like, if your buying a car off any dealership, you should be entitled to a full gas tank and a car wash, fair exchange I believe. But Cody hooked me up with $20 of gas, ehh it got me home? thanks bro I rlly did appreciate that honesty…other than if you don’t got snacks or drinks at home, just go there, they got you handled? don’t even have to buy a car, just sit in the back and eat snacks and talk to the sales people about the cars that your not going to purchase, they got one of them soda dispensers that you see at an amc theatre. One of the best dealerships!
