Sales associates were very helpful but they just dont keep much in store anymore. I was able to find a few items I was looking for instore but I had to order a couple of items and have them shipped to store. Overall I always have a good experience here so I will definitely be back.

I came to this Best Buy a few months back and bought a TV and a wall mount. The wall mount I bought was recommended to me by the person attending to me, who said that it would fit the TV I bought with it. He also informed me that they would install the TV and the wall mount for free, even at a later date. I opted to have them come out a few days later to do so. However, I later found out that the mount did not work for the particular TV I bought. I went back to the store and asked to return it but was informed that it was too late to do so. I then asked about the free installation and was told that it would cost $200, despite being previously told installation would be free.
I found this second in-store experience frustrating because they did not understand that I only bought this particular wall-mount because the person who sold it to me said it would fit. I am not tech-savvy and did not know which one to buy and he recommended this particular mount, even though it did not fit my TV. After speaking with the first employee, I asked another. This gentleman said that he would accept the return if I signed up for Best Buy's reward program and pay $50, which as far as I know is not policy. Lastly, both employees displayed cold and condescending attitudes that made me feel like I was bothering them, quite unprofessional.
At this point, I am left with a TV wall-mount that I cannot use due to the incompetency of the person who sold it to me.
