Battery died unexpectedly. I called the Norman location battery was still under warranty. They assured me that they would be able to replace it after I have my vehicle towed there. I had a piece of mind knowing this would be taken care of great job customer care, Norman, Oklahoma location.

Always friendly and knowledgeable about a variety of different batteries and their application. I recently bought an SUV battery from them, and the sales associate even carried it out to the vehicle for me. They will install it as well if desired.

Every time I visit the store, the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. It’s always a pleasant experience, even when I come in during a stressful situation due to a dead battery for my car, lawn mower or home security system. I will continue to use them for all of my battery needs. Thank you!

I was very pleased, for the price and the hard work. They replaced two batteries on a diesel truck, and one of the batteries was corroded to the terminal, and it took almost 20 minutes to get it off. He cleaned it up and put me on the road again. Thank you Battery Plus, R Church. Wonderful experience!

I took my phone in to get the screen replaced and they were able to fix it that same afternoon. Both employees I spoke with were knowledgeable, very helpful and really friendly. I have bad social anxiety and had a really positive experience in the store. I highly recommend them!

I had been looking everywhere for light bulbs for our ceiling fans…apparently they have a weird base. I didn’t even know this place existed until the Lowe’s employee told me try here. Walked in and showed them my bulb and he found one in 30 seconds!! I will definitely be back!! Great customer service and so friendly…and most importantly they had my “weird” light bulb! Thank you!!

-10 STARSThey advertise They can fix iPhones. I took my phone in for a cracked camera lens. Picked it up with a cheap replaced screen bc he cracked it. Now the phone does not work properly. Apple phone knows it is foreign. Predictive text does NOT work and the responsiveness of the phone is off and takes several attempts of the same message typed in.Here is the last sentence retyped and how it responds...pre do cr if s ex TV did an work an do t he responded since was off the phone r am e am eededam affe ls I'd t he same message and you I .They will not replace the screen and do not tell you if they break it you're on your own. So now I have to pay $350 f or something they broke.I WOOULD ADVISE AGAINST USING THEM OR BY RADING WITH THE AT ALL. Their answer is always I'm sorry but I can't do anything for you.

Just want to say that I recently stopped in for a key fob malfunction. Was quickly seen to and problem fixed. No charge. Good customer service. Thank you.Always a good place for bulbs and batteries. I can send my husband in with an example and he comes home with the correct item.

The business has reorganized and rearranged the sales/service floor layout. Wonderful job!!!!The young lady who assisted me was perfectly courteous, most knowledgeable and worked very hard to treat me as a special customer! I totally look forward to returning for my battery needs!
