This Bank of America branch used to be great. However, service level has gradually decreased over the years. It takes ages to get helped and the hours this location is open is extremely inconvenient. Other banks provide the same service but much, much better

I’m currently in the drive thru and have been waiting about 25 mins for them to come back and tell me I’m missing items. I don’t bank here and they don’t answer their phone to answer questions. This isn’t my only time here, I’ve waited over 35 mins before. They are the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I took the time here to warn others.. I would strongly advise against banking or doing business here.

This is quite possibly the worst bank in the world. Everytime I come in here you wait for 30-45 mins because they have 1 teller. hire more people. Everyone in there seems like they don’t want to be there. If I could give negative stars I would I don’t know that this is the bank of America but I do know that it is the worst bank in America this place needs to be shut down. No drive-through at all Not to mention they’re ridiculous hours don’t open until 9 AM closed every weekend closed by four every day most people don’t even get off of work until five or 6 o’clock this bank is totally worthless. Save your valuable time by never coming to this bank.

Had my account for over a decade. They charged me $15 to write a check out of my own account! Highway robbery. My FCU acct charges me NOTHING to do a cashiers check for me. NOTHING. I will be moving all of my money elsewhere where they don't rob me for write a check. BYE.

I took a check written on Bank of America. They advised me they would charge me $8 to cash their own check I can't believe people bank with them.

they don't ever answer their phone. they don't care to help your needs. I wouldn't recommend any one to bank with them. I'll be switching as soon as I can. Like literally have nothing but bad reviews on them. half of them are the same. no one answers the phone and how they steal money from you.

Horrible place!!! No drive thru. And only 1 teller at all times. Line always out the door. Minimum 15 minute wait always. Wastes your time for lunch break.

I've been sitting here for idk how long trying to call them. Phone has no 'hold' option. My issue doesn't allow me to take care of it online. I have to speak with an actual person. The fact that I can't has put me on hold for what I've needed to do for 3 days!!! This is bogus.

Worthless lazy staff. Its a wonder they have jobs. Hopefully with mobile banking, they will all have to go get real jobs with real customer service.
