DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB HERE. Your paychecks will be screwed up more than they are correct. The culture at Avara is a paper degree makes you god while the employees without a degree are treated like they are idiots. The hr department is dysfunctional to the point your taxes won't even be right, literally your W2 for 1 year will be reported 3 times. You will very likely be audited by the IRS working here. 0/10 recommend.

payroll will constantly have issues with paying you on time and then blames their own negligence or incompetence at ADP. meanwhile other companies that i worked for that also use ADP never had this problem. there is also rampant discriminatory behavior at this job and they shrug it off as just how they are or completely deny it while trying to figure out a way to harass and discriminate upon and punish certain minorities for behavior that goes completely unpunished when it involves the majority demographics.
