As soon as the Palisades came out I knew I wanted one! I have loved it since I got it! I brought it back to Norman Hyundai for all my maintenance work and I always had a great experience with them so when I decided to trade it in, I went back to Norman Hyundai and got a new 2024.

I can never seem to get the service department to respond to a service quest. The above still stands. Their phone system bites. But on this round, after some miss-communications (having to do with above) they went over our car with expertise. Unfortunately I feel like my car may have cancer and we setting and watching to see if it's going to metastasize and kill the car engine. Not a solution, but a monitor, wait and see. But, our service rep was good to us.

Had an outstanding experience with my purchase at Norman Hyundai. From beginning to end everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. Having purchased many vehicles over the years I can say I have never been treated better or with such integrity. Very simply they did exactly what they agreed to do with no surprises. A special shout out to our Salesperson CJ Dixon and Finance representative Wayne Childers.
