“Everyone I dealt with at Lander’s were friendly and helpful but especially my salesman Tom Drommond. I bought a new 2023 Corvette and Tom made it easy. He was very knowledgeable and he walked me through the process all the way. He was great! He answered all of my questions and was helpful without ever making me feel pressured. He was the reason I picked Landers to buy from. I had already been to 3 other chevy dealerships and walked out because of high pressure salesmen who were trying to sell me something I didn’t want. I really appreciate the way he made me feel comfortable and important. I knew exactly what I wanted and Tom got it for me. I put my deposit down on my car in December but I’m just picking it up from the museum tomorrow. It was a long wait but Tom kept me updated the whole time. Whenever I had a question or needed some reassurance, Tom was there. Give that man a raise! He deserves it. I say again, he was the reason I picked Lander’s Chevrolet to buy from. “I absolutely love love love this auto body shop in Norman. Its amazing and sooooo wonderful how they fixed my CRV car.and also when they replaced the window on my back window with my sticker decals the guys were sooooo perfect to me. I wasn't ever ever expecting the auto body shop to do such an awesome job. Super duper job! And I had to get NM we mufflers under my car,plus get my whole back door that goes up to from my trunk had to be replaced completely cause of about accident and I was rear ended by someone back in October f 2023. It sucked,but it looks like no one even can tell that I had accident or any work done to my car at all. I also love love the woman at the front desk. Her name is Jerry!! She's an amazing person and woman. She was extremely blunt honest and tells ya how it us and what the risks are, but is very very sweet,beautiful and cares about any customers that walk in the body shop. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone and everyone. Don't go anywhere else!!! The all suck! Except this certain one. No lie either. And unexpectedly they even cleaned my whole car out, most of it anyway. And even swept or cleaned out my car as well. No body shop with ever ever do that. And honestly that made me really really wanna come back to these guys and to Jerry at auto body shop! I highly recommend. And I would give a million stars if I could. Thanks Jerry and all the guys up there that worked on my car! Yall are more than radical and awesome m never been to a body shop near as great as y'all are! My paint job is even amazing. I got my vehicle towed over to them on a Friday and was able to get my transmission repaired in less than a week! Not to mention, Austin was so kind enough to go the extra mile to help me in every way possible as well as checking in with me a day after picking up my vehicle to ensure everything was good. “I had a above average experience with Landers in getting an oil change and tire rotation. I had synthetic oil added and rotation for about $110 bucks. They originally quoted me $116 bucks but when the vehicle was ready they volunteered the discount which was very cool. They also gave me a video and printout of my vehicles health and did not try to sell me anything. I waited while the service was completed in showroom area which was very comfortable and offered free snacks and drinks. Great experience for me, from every level.”

“Fowler's service department is great! I purchased my vehicle in Edmond but live closer to Norman and have taken it there for service when needed. I have recently had issues with my transmission and took my vehicle in on a Saturday with no appointment and they looked at it and came up with a game plan. I was notified on Monday that they assigned me a loaner vehicle and my vehicle was still under powertrain warranty. I love that they have stayed in contact with me and I know what is going on in this process.”
