Went in yesterday to upgrade my phone as well as my wife's phone. Dealt with Riley, and the whole interaction could not have been better. Riley explained some options without any pressure or upsell efforts, helped us out with transferring our data to the new phones, and was very helpful in every way. THANKS RILEY!

EDIT: ATT Customer Support, ATT Loyalty and the Store itself are either unable or unwilling to refund/credit my account the 55$ for the restocking fee. This was a horrible experience all around and it seems ATT as a whole does not care about their customers. I will be switching to a different Service Provider due to this incident.Original: Went to return an online phone purchase within 14 days of ordering. No issues with phone. Return should have taken 5 minutes. Staff said I could not return it to store. Showed staff email and policy that said otherwise. They didn't even try to see if they could - just blew me off like I'm some idiot customer. Sat in the parking lot and called customer support, was waiting for over 30 mins. Customer support confirmed I can return my device to a store. Brought phone back inside with support on line, and finally they accepted my return. Huge waste of time, 3 different staff not taking my return seriously. Wasted my evening. Maybe this location has a managing/attitude/training issue. I asked for my restocking fee to be waived due to this absolutely ridiculous incident, they said they could not. How am I supposed to believe them? I AM NOT letting this go. I almost want to just cancel my service. I don't want an apology. Give me my money back.

Absolutely insane that everytime I go in to purchase a new product I end up getting billed for all kinds of add ons that i specifically said i did not want. Went in recently for an Apple Watch ultra 2 and made sure I told them I didn’t want any protection plans, we went over it would only be $30 a month and all of the details. I get a notification i got billed $176 for JUST THE WATCH BILL?!? he added protection plans to ALL of my existing lines and the new watch. $45x2 and charges me twice for fees and activation. I’m so over this location and how they are constantly taking it into their own initiative to charge my account how they like for their commission checks. UNPROFESSIONAL

The store supervisor is a good leader and manages his team well. They made sure no one waited too long without being addressed. The associate, Trent gave great advice on available products and services. They helped us save money on our plan and still get the devices we needed and a few we hadn’t planned on getting. Best At&T store in the area.

Your store at University center in Norman which is where I did my business. They did not have the phone that I needed so I went to the store at 24th and Main Street in Norman . Both Of the stores were terrific but I particularly appreciated the work that Jared Barnes did. He was very good on helping me. Restore everything to my new phone from my old business phone. I have his card and will look for him. The next time I need to do anything.

We absolutely loved our experiences there, the dude who helped us was amazing and friendly. He talked everything over with us and let us ask questions and worked with us he made the whole ordeal immensely betterHe helped us get Really great dealsAlso right when we all walked in the first guy with the cool black beard, he is the sweetest dude and I've never felt so welcomeThe two lovely dudes who came out and helped get all the Wi-Fi set up were so amazing and respectful and just a joy to have in our homeAll and all we really appreciate all the hard work and love you put into your work we couldn't be happier

Robert was absolutely exceptional. He was so thorough and attentive, and he found several places to tweak our bill and save a significant amount each month. I was truly impressed with the level of service he offered.

Sometimes I could cry because I can’t heap negative stars on a place. This is one of those places. Lying salespeople, not being able to fully take care of my needs pretty much every time I go there, and no public restrooms. AT&T AS A COMPANY STINKS BAD!!!
