Sherri at Assist Wireless is a superb person to work with! She knows my name and always greets me with a smile and asks what she can do to help! Every time I need something or just need to ask a question she is there to help. When I'm in the store I noticed that she knows just about everyone who comes in. You don't get that at the grocery store! Sometimes she will just listen to someone in need that is having a bad day! I will remain a customer because all of my communication needs are more than met!! Sherri is the BEST!!!

Need more employees while peak times. (ALL HOURS). They are always busy. Please with sugar on top. My phone has been out of commission since October this year. I'm disabled and can't sit, stand, and walk hurts my neck, feet, and back.I need someone to help me out with this issue. I know my bill was due in January of next year. It's not due until then. Can someone help me.

I have been a customer for about 2 years. I went to a stand on east Lindsey in Norman I received a free phone unlimited text talk and data. Well the phone was not very good so I went to the store on west Lindsey I bought a new phone later on I had to buy another phone. I bought an iphone Sherry the managertold they were very easy to operate I tried i couldn't I called her right at closing she bring in Monday so I did I told her I couldn't work it I gave $134.00 for the iphone so I got a $50.00 dollar phone and waited for the money back on the iphone minus the 50.00 plus tax to be refunded the remainder never happened called her to no avail corporate and they said they would. Call me within 24 hours so tried sherry again today she was so mean and hateful and strait changed her story. I would not rate this I will be soon changing stores. I m 64 years old I make on ssdi $1000 to live on my son and friend was with me when I did there transactions I m so sorry that I will be no longer with the at the end of October 2022

They don’t listen well. Last time I went in to inform them of an issue that my son’s phone was having, the lady took my phone and looked at MY settings handed it back to me and said, “Now it should work.!” I responded, “My phone works!” I’m talking about my son’s. After she checked his settings on her system she actually had the audacity to say, “That’s only going to be $3.00.” I gave her the money just to get out of there. She’s horrible. Not going to mention her name. I have some questions but $3 to answer my questions is ridiculous, especially when it wasn’t our fault. Something on Assist’s side. I won’t mention that before being disabled I worked as an Apple Technician for years and to listen to her yap and try to fix a nonexistent problem was straight up bewildering . And I had to listen to her yap about her hair getting pulled out by Cherokee Nation for a drug test. seriously ?

This company does not care about the disabled. They allow Disabled people in power wheelchairs to be assaulted by their customers. they don't know how to properly post signs for disabled parking. they also allow their customers to assault disabled people in power wheelchairs. And they trespass people out of their store for no good reason. this is a letter sent to Assist from A.D.A. Doug MacMillan. snent them a letter on Thursday of this week: Assist Wireless Phone Aug 19, 2021 6530 E 21st St Tulsa, OK The Office of Disability Concerns acts as conduit for Oklahoma citizens with disabilities to understand what resources are available as well as what they should expect in terms of accessibility when working with both public and private sectors. Recently, a concerned citizen called about your retail site Assist Wireless at 6530 E 21st St, Tulsa, OK. As explained to us, no designated accessible parking and accessible route are available for customers. The American with Disabilities Act Technical Manual provides the following requirements for placement, size, marking and signage for accessible parking: 1. Accessible parking spaces must be located on the shortest accessible route of travel to an accessible facility entrance. Where buildings have multiple accessible entrances with adjacent parking, the accessible parking spaces must be dispersed and located closest to the accessible entrances. Parking space identification sign with the international symbol of accessibility complying with 703.7.2.1 mounted 60 inches minimum above the ground surface measured to the bottom of the sign. 2. If the accessible route is located in front of the parking space, install wheel stops to keep vehicles from reducing the clear width of the accessible route below 36 inches. 3. Two parking spaces may share an access aisle except for angled parking spaces. At least one Van Accessible spot must be designated. Van-accessible parking spaces incorporate the features of accessible parking spaces on the previous page and require the following additional features: a "van accessible" designation on the sign; different widths for the van parking space or the access aisle; and at least 98 inches of vertical clearance for the van parking space, access aisle, and vehicular route to and from the van-accessible space. The first image below shows a van-accessible space with a 60-inch minimum width access aisle. The second image shows a van-accessible space with a 96-inch minimum width access aisle. Both configurations are permitted and requirements for van-accessible signage and vertical clearance apply to both configurations. 4. Access aisle width is at least 60 inches, must be at the same level and the same length as the adjacent parking space(s) it serves, maximum slope in all directions is 1:48, and access aisle must connect to an accessible route to the building. Ramps must not extend into the access aisle. 5. Parking space shall be 96 inches wide minimum, marked to define the width, and maximum slope in all directions is 1:48. 6. Boundary of the access aisle must be clearly marked so as to discourage parking in it. (State or local laws may address the color and manner that parking spaces and access aisles are marked.) 7. Obstructions such as street furniture, fire hydrants, parking meters, signs, mailboxes, landscaping, and trash receptacles shall not be placed adjacent to the accessible space in a manner that may interfere with the operation of a side lift or a passenger side transfer. Accessible entrance is providing physical access to a facility from public sidewalks, public transportation, or parking is basic to making goods and services available to people with disabilities. Having only one step at the entrance can prevent access by a person using a wheelchair, walker, or cane and can make entry difficult for many other people with

I’ve been w A.W. For 12 years. Sherry is rude, unprofessional & words I cannot use. She is unclean, gross, snorts, rubs her nose, coughs & refuses to wear a mask, “THIS IS AMERICA! THIS IS MY STORE!, I DON’T HAVE TO!” She’s been this way ALL through the pandemic, citing permission from the Cleveland County Sherrif’s office. This is NOT her store. She hopefully will not be an employee for long.
