I scheduled an appointment for an international transfer and the whole process was easy due to the Arvest staff, especially Ruth. Ruth was absolutely incredible to work with as she scheduled my transfer. She's friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to as we waited for the transfer to go through. She was patient and treated everyone she spoke to with such respect and courtesy. A gem of an employee and person!

Mobile app hasn't worked for deposits in two months, and the bank closes before most people would get off work.

This location’s lobby is closed. No hours of operation. The Drive-thru closes at 4. They don’t even have their hours on their Google listing. Probably too many complaints. But they definitely do a good job here.

I'm not sure when a working person is supposed to bank here. Drive thru opens at 9 and closes at 5. That makes it a little hard to do business here if you work 8-5. On top of that, there was a note on the window directing you to another branch with extended drive thru hours. I drove to that branch only to find that their drive thru is 9-5 also. After being a customer for about ten years, I will be moving my business somewhere else.

This branch is severely understaffed. I popped in to this branch to deposit a check because the mobile app would not accept the check amount I needed to deposit (another annoying thing). There was a loan officer and 2 tellers. One of the tellers seemed to be new or poorly trained. I stood in line for 15 minutes (this is not an exaggeration) as the second person in line. When it was my turn, the clerk told everyone on the lobby that it would be a few minutes because of a computer error. I understand things like this happen, but as much money as banks charge, they should be at least staffed to handle normal business.

Not enough staff. They have to work the counter and the drive-through and there are only two tellers at the front so the line is usually 10 deep on a Friday and that's inside.

I NEVER write bad reviews. Exception time. I have banked at Arvest banks for years. Always a good experience. We moved to this bank a few months ago. I have been in 4 or 5 times now. It has ALWAYS been a bad experience. Everything takes an extraordinary amount of time with a lot of trying to figure out what to do from the reps. Wrong information and lots of inconveniences. I will go to other Arvest branches and avoid this one.

Great bank with the best employees. I call for answers and ask for those I know by name sometimes. They are always treat me like a good friend. Its a good feeling. The ladies at the counter are always cheerful and helpful. I refer to it as "My Bank" when talking to others. I couldn't imagine life without the gang there. Keep up the good work!

Always top notch service. One of the best Arvest branches in Norman. The small branch on Comanche/Peters is also excellent.
