Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Once Regina left as the branch manager, the customer service focus is gone. This bank is holding my parents documents hostage even though I have legal guardianship. They want “letters of estatement” before they can allow me access to the safety box that HAS THE WILL IN IT. How can I go to probate or do anything else when these ridiculous people will not give me access to the box? Incredibly unhelpful and rude. I would advise anyone with money in this bank to RUN. There is a bank just down the street- Armstrong bank that has been nothing but helpful to me during this time.

Where is the minus 5 stars button. Let’s set the stage. One employee in front side office. Maybe doing online training. He was sitting back with his hand on top of his head. A side office where an employee was chatting with another young girl. I Walked in to make deposit. An elderly lady walked in before me. She said she needs in her safe deposit box. A young black male employee moving extremely slow told her it would be a few minutes and to have a seat. He turned back facing drive through for about 30 seconds piddling around. Finally turns to me. I give him the cash. Another man walks in. Asking about exchanging cash for euros. They said, so and so is busy in her office. It going to be awhile.No sense of urgency at all. Ridiculous!!

Update: After emailing the provided address, all I received was a generic response telling me that my comments would be passed on to the local management team. Nothing personalized and, seemingly, no action plan. This is a rent payment that was taken from me by this bank and their poorly maintained ATM.Twice now, this ATM has taken cash, not given a receipt, and been “unable to process the transaction”. On the first occasion, my dispute was taken care of fairly well. I was also told that the machine audited and any repairs would be made, but the issue has obviously not been resolved, because it happened again on January 2nd. I filed a dispute, and it was denied.While I am currently pursuing a solution, I have found the customer service team to be generally non-empathetic and not particularly helpful. I would not recommend their services, and I would instead recommend a local credit union. Heck, go to any other financial institution that can keep their facilities in actual working order.

I opened my first account here when I was 16 years old - 24 years ago. I’ve been happy with Arvest until the last few months when they started closing drive thru locations at 5:00. All of them close to me are closed when I, like most people, get off work at 5:00. Seriously? I thought this was temporary but I guess not. Today when I pulled up at 5:02, someone was putting cones up to not allow more cars and I watched at least 10 cars pull up that weren’t able to conduct their business. Please fix this.

absolutely horrible customer service i am closing my account so i am closing my account and going with cash app. because it doesn't take 4 days to deposit my money

Has Arvest Bank system closed down?? Look at a business search map - you would think so! CLOSED - CLOSED - CLOSED!!Do Arvest employees have a monopoly as the ONLY ones that can NOT get to work because of Covid and snow? HEY!! MY business didn't stop!IF... you get in touch with a real person, they will tell you the person you need is NOT there to talk to!This morning (19Feb2021 @ 0930) I called this Norman OK branch - no answer - call was picked up and relayed to their Call Center - then relayed to the N. Lincoln branch in OKC. WHAT?? (And this took 12 minutes of my time!)The good news is my call was picked up by Lincoln - the branch VP. This guy may be the ONLY person in the whole Arvest system that knows what he is doing. SHOUT OUT to Lincoln for good info!!SO... if you are like me - currently trying to make major financial business decisions here at tax time for the coming year, Arvest is probably NOT a good "fit" for your business!

The staff is friendly and courteous. Reading some other reviews, I am shocked to see the discontent. This branch almost Always provides excellent service in appropriate time with consideration to the amount of traffic. I would gladly wait a few moments to know my finances are well preserved. Thank you for dotting the I's and crossing the T's. A shovel and hole in the back yard to guard my finances would never compare to your quality.Thank you Gregory

I enjoy everyone at this location except Othel. He was insistent on a savings account after I had already told him I’d done that before and didn’t like it. He then wanted me to sign up for an Arvest Credit Card and I also had to say NO multiple times. I felt like I was being badgered and it was a feeling that made me not want to step foot into the bank. He then improperly processed my address request for change and one of the regular gentleman had to come to his rescue because I had to come back the next day which was inconvenient...

Not sure why the other reviews are so bad but every time I go in, the service is pretty much instant, the staff are super helpful and all the people around me get help promptly as well. Of course I go in mid day but I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes.
