Nhi’s manicures are always perfect! Art Nails is the best salon in Norman. I know because I have lived in Norman for over 2 decades and in that time had a lot of manicures in a lot of different salons here.

I went today to get a pedicure and manicure the service was wonderful. Katie is the Best! I had to pick white because my significant other picked black. And ok, ok we look cute :)
