The staff is rude and the short guy with glasses walks around with his belly sticking out his shirt is super unprofessional and unpleasant. You guys need to do better. You work at a donation store not a law firm. Can’t be that hard to have decent customer service.

I found a 20v dewalt drill for $219 dollars. I asked the guy at the desk if he could go down on the price he said after pretending to look it up that it was $400 new. So I bought it for $200. Looked up the same drill on the home depot app. This drill sells new for 250 dollars. Point is they will lie and decieve you, an won't go down on their prices.

I bought a gun and then left waiting for the call to come get my property I got there before they closed and they kept my property from me just steering at me be very disrespectful and unprofessional incredibly terrible service WOULD NOT recommend anyone does business here.

They have a very rude female employee there and when she's out in the parking lot she needs to keep her mouth shut the parking lot is not owned by the pawn shop

Sold me a Locked (possibly stolen tablet) on Saturday couldn’t bring it back til Monday. They had a dry response to the mistake, and didn’t exchange for a new one… 1 star customer service.

Tried to buy some bullion they wouldn't budge on the price because they go off spot so I brought in matching amount of fractional and somehow was still $100 off.

My friends say it's the best pawn in Norman & that they value your items at prices significantly higher than other shops around town while still listing their wide selection of merchandise fairly.Well, after hearing people's comments on America's Pawn, I am about to go find out for myself today!
