Real nice honest guy. Got the transmission on my truck fully serviced. Had it done the next day for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend and will be using action transmissions in the future!

Today, on my way to move into Norman, my tire went completely flat. After a stressful search for help, I pulled into Action American Transmission. Helped me change my tire free of charge! This act showed me how much they truly care about their customers. 10/10 would return if I ever have car trouble again. Thank you!

Horrible experience with this company. Ive had it here near 2 months or so. And would call to get an update 2-3 times a week, left voicemails and never got a call back. I have passed through here several times on weekends, and truck has been in same spot where I left it at. Finally had the time to
Stop by while opened to get an update and I was told 1-2 days, and that he moved it around to see what was wrong. Very unethical and non professional individual running this operation. Dont waste your time here. Next time be communicative with customers and return calls and emails.

Definitely would recommend Wade for your vehicle repair needs! His service, communication, and care are spot on…and something often lacking in this industry. Even though I live in Georgia he worked with me and my daughter who is attending OU in Norman to get her car back on the road after experiencing a wheel bearing issue with her Ford Escape. His timeliness and communication with me alleviated my concerns about not being there in person to help my daughter through the needed repair of her car. I can not express enough how happy I am with Wade and his service! Highly recommend!

Wade with Action Transmission is a good guy! He actually finds the problem and fixes it and is not trying to rip you off! We were having problems with our truck and it was in the shop for awhile, they couldn’t find the problem. We took it to Wade and he had it running and fixed within a few hours of getting it and at a reasonable price. 10/10 recommend Action Transmission

Wade is a super sweet guy and I appreciate his patience and communication! He got my Ford Focus working within a few days. I was told by another shop it would be about 2 weeks because I was going to have to have my whole transmission replaced (without them even looking at it) but Wade found that that wasn’t the issue. I appreciate him not trying to make a quick buck off me. 10/10 recommend this place

Amazing customer service. My truck had not been shifting right for over a year and after taking it to several mechanics I still had no luck. However when I took it to Action Transmission he figured out the problem very quickly and did an amazing job for a fair price. I highly recommend Action Transmission!

The transmission on my 2017 Focus quit on me in November and we tried to wrangle with Ford to get it fixed/replaced and just got put off. Wade rebuilt my spouse’s transmission in October, so we called and were able to get it in and diagnosed (bad solenoid) super fast and now we’re back in business. Big thank you!!!

Would give more stars if I could!! Wade was recommended to me by a friend and he went above and beyond to help me with my Car. After 2 weeks with my used car that I had just bought, my transmission went out. I obviously did not trust the dealership that I bought the car from to replace the transmission so I am thankful Wade was able to get me in and replace it. He was always responsive and made sure there was nothing else wrong with the car before he got it back to me. His price was more than fair. My car is running great now!!Services: Transmission
