A WHOLE BUILDING FULL OF UNITS WERE BROKEN INTO! Thieves took EVERYTHING out of units throughout the climate control building. I talked to the manager, the manager DID NOT SEEM TO CARE. THIS BREAK IN TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO PULL OFF, so why didnt anyone notice that locks were cut? No one at this facility are walking the grounds? Hardly anything is being done to prevent this from happening again, once I see some change this review will change but for now I feel like the people at this facility DO NOT CARE because why would they? It's not THEIR stuff that was taken!

STAY AWAY!!! tons of breaking, tbey never inform other customers, surveillance videos never saved as well as broken half the time. Inside jobs for sure!! They have had 2 break ins the past couple months and only a handful of people know and that usually the customers that find on their own there units have been broken into. Police reports filed, with no results. If you want ypur stuff safe go ELSEWHERE

I have been a customer at this facility for a few years. I lease a 10x10 in the 700 block of units. At NO TIME have I ever had problems with "roaches" as reported by some reviewers.The facility is always clean, and the staff is responsive to whatever need(s) I have had. They recently replaced the entry and exit keypads (much needed and appreciated!!)I will (and have) recommended this facility to others.Honestly... if I could find an issue with this facility, I would tell you, but I have never had any problem(s) to report.By the way... the units have motion-activated lights inside. Nice feature.Thank you, 77 Storage, for your attention to customer service!

ROACHES. My stuff was there for ONE MONTH. And I’m now pregnant, crying have all my stuff in my garage trying to bomb it out to get rid of them! Had to even throw stuff away. & I mean it’s INFESTED . So disgusting. I can’t believe I paid 100$ for ROACHES!!!!!!

I needed a storage unit for a brief time while we moved. The customer service was awesome!! The grounds were well lit, clean, and easy to access. We had a long trailer behind the truck when we moved out and it was very easy to navigate through the property. If you need a storage, I'd highly recommend them!
