Well this is the only 711 I've been to multiple times around 6pm to 7pm and there is always a note on the door this time saying (will be back) in 15 mins definitely need to get a better employee or employees

This is in my opinion the worst 711 in all of Norman even the worst in Oklahoma and I have been to A Lot of convenient stores especially 711. They are ALWAYS out of everything from fountain drinks to cigarettes to even straws and lids. I mean really? Can they ever stalk or order correctly? I go to this store every day sometimes multiple times a day. So I know when trucks come. Now the service is great I love the employees but wow so I'm not sure it's the employees due to they go through a lot of people and the problem stays the same.

What happened with me I went to this store last night & there's an area I fell! I already had a hurt Toe but when I fell it caused my ankle to twist & caused more pain on my messed up toe! I skint up my knee! & Now I'm having trouble turning my neck! What I did was I had parked at the left far end in front of the store. The store was kind of busy. As I went to step out of my vehicle there was an area I didn't know I would have to step down which caused me to fall! I had to grab my door luckily It didn't shut all the way, that's how I got up. I do recall feeling like I pulled something in my neck but my head lightly hitting the ground! I didn't get a concussion! I was told I should Sue! My only fear is someone else falling & getting hurt ...like an elderly person "OR" a child! "OR" it could be just anyone! They need to get the driveway area fixed "OR" some how fix it to where no 1 else falls! Thank goodness there was no ice on the ground! ! It's fine to where you can drive through to go to dollar store the plasma area & Taco Bell "OR" whatever place you need to go too! I do know 1 thing the worker @ 7-eleven asked if I was ok! & His coworker helped me as well over my purchase! They both seemed really helpful! Which was a big blessing after my fall! Knowing they tried to help me out I can say it made my visit there a little better even though I felt horrible falling & getting hurt!! After my bad experience outside of the store I definitely needed someone that showed compassion!! & The 1 worker asked if I was ok which is a big thing now.... it's hard to find courtesy & compassion! In anyone this day & time! So when it happens we have to hang onto it!!

This place truly deserves 0 stars. Definitely get gas here if you want them to take your money and not actually give you any gas, only for them to keep your money. Then never call you back after you've left your number numerous times, then basically be told that you were lying about the pump not working. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give this store a zero star I would. This store is completely nasty, dirty to the core. Staff is always outside smoking cigarettes or even weed. They have no customer service experience, if only the blonde lady that used to work there was there. When she was there the store was clean and she had the upmost customer service and was very polite and helpful. I think if I remember correctly her name was Hailey, Y’all definitely need her back!!

8pm is not the best time to close down. I just chatted with a whole a** crowd experience great inconvenience, myself included. I just needed to pay a bill. Being a pedestrian with an injury it's not great I walked this far. But walking further isn't an option for me. So, yeah, I understand things can overwhelming but there is a time when everyone is off the streets for the night before the bar rush, close then. Take a breather.
Like no cap, this store very well may have missed out nearly 30 people just since I started waiting and decided to write this.

This store used to be awesome, back when they were an oklahoma company. They used to have free ATMs, and now you can expect to spend $2-3 dollars just to access your cash. They used to have free air, but again, you'll spend $1 or more. They used to offer tobacco at the best price around but that's no longer the case. They used to have buy one get one deals on gatorade all the time.Now, they still have a lot of the same items as before, albeit at much higher prices and no sales. You can be 50 years old and they'll card you. It's really disappointing. I imagine the corporate powers that be do not care, however, I do.This particular 7-11 is the absolute ghetto. If you're looking for a contact high, or perhaps to get propositioned in the parking lot, it's definitely the place to be. That said, the staff is nice considering all they're put through.

Almost all the employees are friendly. Even when they are backed up. My only issue is as a local plumber 7-Eleven doesn't ever have much of an option for lunch. So I've had to switch to on-cue for lunch. I still prefer 7-Elevens lemonade to on-cues
