This 7-Eleven location presents a mixed experience for customers. The store is noted for having friendly and helpful staff who show compassion, even when busy. However, the business has drawn significant criticism for a hazardous parking lot area where a customer fell and was injured, raising concerns for the safety of others. The overall atmosphere of the location is described negatively. Longtime customers express disappointment, feeling the store has declined from its past standards. They note the loss of previous benefits like free ATM access, free air for tires, and competitive sales on items like Gatorade and tobacco. Prices are now considered much higher with fewer deals. While the store carries many familiar items, the selection for a quick lunch is seen as too limited for some workers. The convenience of the site's driveway for accessing neighboring businesses is a noted positive, but it does not offset the broader concerns about value, safety, and the surrounding environment.
Charlie is a fine representative for your store and would make a great employee for any company.

The gas pumps are ALWAYS out of order, and when they are working it takes 10 minutes to put $20 in your tank because the pumps are so slow. This has been an ongoing issue, not sure why they haven’t fixed it yet. Staff is nice, but i’m always prepared to be disappointed when i pull up to this location

Almost all the employees are friendly. Even when they are backed up. My only issue is as a local plumber 7-Eleven doesn't ever have much of an option for lunch. So I've had to switch to on-cue for lunch. I still prefer 7-Elevens lemonade to on-cues
