The facility was built directly next to a tire processing plant and the black dust was so think it ruined most of my things! If your going to store your things, make sure everything is covered completely!

Over priced, entrance is difficult, ground around unit entry is uneven and hard to load and unload. Have found the front gate left open several times with no one overseeing the area. For $100 less a month you can pick any other storage unit around. This place is charging indoor conditioned, electric, 24/7 unit prices for substandard facilities with non of those features.

The on-site manager was Melissa and she and Mary Ann are the best storage managers I’ve ever had. They both took care of any issue I had very quickly. They helped me with gate codes and office problems. However the office does not process your insurance so if you purchase your own they will still charge you for their insurance as well. They still owe me for two months of insurance they charged. I haven’t rented from a KO storage since.

I closed my account with them and paid I. Full. They have nerve to report me to the credit reports that I left owing money. I have my invoice so let's see how this works. When I was there my unit was robbed and I never was made 100% whole. They often leave the facility wide open.

If it was possible to get zero Stars I would. There's a gigantic rift in the parking lot it's not even a real parking lot it's gravel there's no electricity I have red dirt and mud cover it all over my belongings inside of it my unit they billed me for months I never had used there's a whole bunch of RVs in the back it looks like someone's homeless living in them they're falling in . There's no kind of sealling around the doors so you're belongings are not safe from the weather they up my bill more than five times in a year they forced me to pay for insurance that obviously I never got to claim because my belongings were damaged from the mud in the rain and snow and ice

The monthly rates just keep increasing! I started paying 70 a month 2 years ago to now paying 115 a month! The gate is broken, customer service is terrible. All around please sell back to Blue Bear storage, we were not over charged and the manager actually cared.
