It has been a while since I visited because I am growing my hair out, but a customer of mine visited and mentioned they got their hair done at Personal Touch. I usually have Nicole do my hair, and every time I have visited it has been quick and done correctly. Once I get my hair cut again, I will be calling her to schedule my appointment! Thank you Kathy Marci for correcting someone else's bad haircut. Talk about a bad hair day, I didn't even go to church Sunday. You cut my hair yesterday, I got up this morning, ran a brush through it and it just fell into place. You are Awesome, thank you.

I've only gone here twice and each time was worse then the last. The first time I went I asked the girl to cut my hair to where it was just barely touching my shoulders. Somehow she heard "cut it to my chin". Wasn't happy with it, but not the end of the world since it grow to that length soon enough. Went home and noticed it was a little uneven. Oh well. Fast forward 5 months my hair has grown out again and in a spur of the moment want it cut. Really only went here again cause 1) it was in town 2) they took walk ins Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since my hair didn't turn out That bad last time. Oh my god, I wish I hadn't. A different girl cut my hair, and this is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a hair cut. Told her in extensive detail (even with pics) what I wanted. Instead of being like "okay, it's what you want" she tries to argue with me on it and talk me out of it saying "you might not like what you look like." "It takes a long time to grow out." I told her repeatedly I already knew what I would look like, I've had this kind of cut before. She finally gave in, and acted real annoyed with me because of what I WANTED AND WAS PAYING FOR. After arguing with her, she Finally cuts my hair. The women doesn't even touch my hair, I s*** you not. She just free hands it with her scissors. When she's done "cutting it" (weed whacking it really) she asks me what I think. I tell her one side is VERY noticeably longer then the other. She responds with "you think so?" YES, I KNOW SO! IM LOOKING RIGHT AT IT. She goes in to fix that side but so some reason she's cutting the shorter side more too. It keeps looking uneven until I just lie and say "wow perfect". I payed and went somewhere in Norman to get it fixed. The lady in Norman who did was so blown away by how butchered my hair was after this. She told me I probably shouldn't go there anymore. Y'all should listen to her advice, save yourself.
