SO I have been here since I was 16 thanks to my mother. I am now 24 and understand what banks has to offer. and may I say this bank has very little. I don't use my account much. but it seems the little times I do. I can't. Here is another fine example. I work for a lady who banks at arvest. I do not have a account there. BUT I do cash my checks there. WITH NO ACCOUNT. I will be in and out in under 5 min. AT MY OWN BANK. I wait every time traffic or no traffic just to deposit. NOT CASH. 10mins minimum. My Mother has been telling me to get away for years. Due to them trying to get one over on her. I have a debit card through them. Im supposed to be charged a dollar a month or 12 a year. I have not seen them remove the money once, So I'm scared to close my account cause I already know they are going to slap me with that all at once. you are in Noble in need of a bank? Please do yourself a huge favor and Go elsewhere.

Run from this establishment. they will overdraw an inactive account with service charges and stack penalties and fees.

These people are thieves. They have the highest fees in the industry and greedily charge fees that they haven't earned. It can be perilous to do business with such legalized criminals. Just don't do it. Shop around or find a credit union for your banking needs.

I love this bank because the King Family are dedicated to helping people. Kim is so knowledgeable and caring in her work. She is such a good person. I know her Dad is so proud in Heaven.

I have been with this bank for 13 years they have helped me by loans that no one else would I feel they are family, an always will any time I have a question I call an get answers, thank you first state bank for serving the community like you do.

Great community bank. The King family has been a blessing in understanding and growing with our business needs for now over 20 years. As a real estate investor and consultant, I have found that you can go to the national banks but in terms of customer service, rate and access to the lender -- one can't get that level of care at the national chain banks.

Ms. King, the CEO of this bank, is a dishonest and immoral person who thinks it's perfectly okay to take a payment for a car you have a note on and apply it somewhere else you owe, and then she turns around and tries to repossess, claiming you defaulted. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with this bank as long as Ms. King is running it. It used to be a great place, but now it's a poor reflection of what it once was.

Kim King is a dishonest, unscrupulous banker. Do NOT use this bank. She refused payments from my dad AFTER she knew he had contact to sell land and then defaulted on his car note just so she could gouge him for more money. She also took payments marked for land and applied other places, making land late WITHOUT telling my dad. She is NOT the banker her dad was. This is worst bank in Cleveland county.

DONT DO IT! I've been with this bank for about 2 years now. And my family has been here for about 30 years. First off, they don't keep track of your transactions meaning you'll easily go into ththe negatives. They don't update their system for days so you never know what you have unless you go to an ATM. And honestly they're the stupidest people to talk to. They'll tell you you have this much money, then the next thing you know you're in the negatives. Please don't waste your time here. You'll have money coming up missing. Go somewhere else!

They have always helped me when I need a loan for something or even over the phone to find out information they have allways been professional and now they have extended that same professionalism and curtusee over to my sons thanks first state bank noble for all you have done!

Poor customer service, President is a bumbling boob. There are better banks in town
