They don’t fill the majority of my prescriptions on time. So I called yesterday to make sure that my prescription would be ready today and of course it’s on back order. So I’m out of medicine and out of luck until my Dr. can call somewhere else. Equally as disappointing is how rude and demeaning they were.You think they would have safety measures in place to make sure people could get there meds especially for those of us who are on them daily

This pharmacy is the worst. Nothing is ever filled on time. No follow-ups with customer when a prescription is not available. Have to call about your prescription after the date ready text has come and gone and then be told it’s not in stock. Do better!

This pharmacy is terrible these days. I have been on the same meds for years and Becky the pharmacist just now asked about one of my meds and why I was on it, kept asking different questions in front of the line of about 20 ppl she was not discreet at all. Talk about breaking confidentiality. I told my dr about it and he’s going to report it

Staff was really nice but think the manager is a little hypocritical. She hardly ever has her mask on when I am there - she’ll have it down by her chin like a child. However rest of staff has theirs on correctly and makes people wear masks when going into room (assuming to get a shot) I do not have prescriptions here however do buy Claritin D but drives me crazy seeing that every time. If you do away with masks that’s one thing but to enforce them only to have her wear around chin???

Going to this pharmacy for the last 10 years, compared to my wife going to the local Walgreens, this Tri-City Walmart Pharmacy is 10 times better. No place is perfect but compared to others, I give them 5 - Stars for great customer service always going out of their way to help in special circumstances.

The pharmacy techs were a little undertrained ...buti was later helped by the pharmacist herself , who was spot on and could have thrown me off to someone else...she helped me and fetched my script herself and answered my qquestions...she rang me up and couldn't have been nicer!
