Great location, good selection of units, extremely secure, always clean, and helpful management on the phone. I forgot my gate code and was able to call and quickly gain access.

There is plenty of room for large rvs, 24 hour access. No issues, I would store there again.

This is a great place to store your boat or RV. to me the price is a little bit high but for all the amenities and all the security you get it’s worth it. I have stored my boat here for almost a year and I’m very satisfied. The owner to me is very nice and I have talk to him several times while on the property, Not sure why others have given bad reviews.

Stored here for over a year with no issues. New owners came in and within months sent an email at 2am beginning of May that I had to vacate our space due to a new building being built. The letter stated that we had to vacate before June 1.We called multiple times trying to get ahold of someone to ask about being moved and or a credit since we had to find a new place. No one ever called us back.Then in July, our card was charged for 3 months rent, for a space we were told to vacate and not even using. They did finally reply to the email about the charges and revert them.This area is also very likely to be absorbed with the new turnpike, which means everyone here would have to move when construction starts.Don’t waste your time. There are other places for boats and RVs that are more reasonably priced now as well. Terrible communication from the new owners.

Do not store here. They just went up a lot for the storage. I just read a post and they went up 30% 3 months ago. Just expect prices to continually go up. I understand inflation right now but two price hikes within 3 months. On top of the owner who is rude. He usual never answers the phone either. They are putting a turn pike here to so it will last only for so long. I never write bad reviews but people need to know before they store.

Great place to rent! They have security cameras throughout the property and a dump station that's always clean. The owner is quick to address any of your concerns.

The new owners will not return multiple emails and telephone calls, customer service is terrible. Sent me email that they would start new construction and had to either move to another site, and double my rent, or find another storage company. I sent email to talk to owner, no one will return my call or email. Then I found the owners info Jim Lee, 214-385-9764, and wouldn't you know it he called, when I tried to explain the situation, he hung up on me. How can you expect to run a business like this and not respect your customers? Stay away from this storage company!

I’ve been keeping my boat here for almost two years under the previous ownership. The new ownership sent me a email saying that my monthly rate was increasing from $115 a month to $150. I asked if there was anything we can work out since I’ve been a customer for awhile, no response. That’s a 30% increase! I always pay at least three months at a time. This would have increased my three month payment from $310 to $450!I called them and they told me that anywhere I go will be the same price. I was renting a 12’x35’ covered spot. I called Southlakes boat storage and they offered me a 12’x40’ unit with electricity, overhead lighting and a paved spot (not gravel and dirt) for only $115 a month.Obviously the new owners paid too much for the property and are trying to recoup their money from the customers that have been there for years.

Place is nice facility and reasonably priced. Minimum contract is 3mo, then month-to-month renewal. Signed a contract for 3 months (9/28/21-12/28/21) at 65/mo for an uncovered outdoor spot, knowing we'd only need RV storage those 3months. We were appropriately charged for $195 on 9/28/21. A week later, they ran my card again for another $195 "by accident". Manager told us in person that he made a mistake by re-running our credit card and would refund our money. He said it may take some time because "they had a new credit card system" and he was "trying to figure it out". They never refunded the extra $195 charge. Called no less than 8 times and left messages over the following 2-3 weeks- they just wouldn't return our calls nor answer the phone. In last ditch effort, I took the issue up with my credit card company - the card company credited the 2nd $195 charge pending contact with the company. Riverside RV Boat and Storage then had the audacity to challenge our dispute, so now we're being charged again. Still can't get anyone to answer the phone or return messages. Sold the RV, as planned, so definitely will not need the space beyond the initial 3mo contract that we have been double charged for.UPDATED: 12/16/21 I finally was able to contact the manager, who refunded me via check. This should not have taken months to settle. So again- fine place to store your RV/boat, but lacking in customer service/response time.
