I went in this morning and asked for an oil filter for a 1994 GMC Sierra and the employee pulled up the options and once we selected one he went and retrieved it. Once he got back prior to payment I confirmed with the employee that it will fit a 1994 GMC Sierra. When we went to put in the oil filter it was nearly half the size of the previous oil filter and when we called them they said that they will not exchange the filter because of some oil on it which is understandable except for the fact that it was supposed to be the correct filter as confirmed by their employee. And I understand all sorts of things matter on what oil filter an engine will take. But I provided him with all of the information he needed down to what kind of engine is in it and everything. I just want to know why I’m about to have to pay for a second oil filter when it is very clearly not my fault the first one did not fit. Thank you Orielly’s. When moneys tight this is definitely not the place to go.
