It was hot as hell outside and two gentlemen inside offered to help load up heavy pavers and tiles into our carts , and then as my fiancé and I were loading them up, a young man named Kade came up to us and offered to help load the truck since I was having a difficult time with the weight. We didn’t have to wave him over or ask for help he just came over and offered despite how hot it was in the parking lot . Thanks to the boys who made the trip a lot easier, it’s def appreciated!”

“Small property so not much room for issues. I’m a trucker so I was delivering in my semi. Arrived at night and parked right outside their gate in a dirt lot. Alone. No other trucks were present. Lots big enough for 2 trucks but note it’s not meant for truck parking. Is employee parking. One employee wanted me to check in at 7am so I could move out their way. I moved around 8:30. They didn’t seem bothered. An older gent unloaded me and was very cool. There truck entry is the entrance furthest from the 4 way intersection and their yard is pretty roomy. Check in at the first stop sign upon entry at the shack. Easy peasy.”

“Do so enjoy a home improvement store. So much to see and generating possibilities for new home projects! This location had aisles free of clutter. Employees offered help with a dash of humor. Gotta appreciate that! I do. Plenty of foliage and good markdowns on perennials as well as spring time decor. You guessed it - plenty of Halloween decor out ready for the consumer who loves to make their space spooky.”
“Have found myself at this Home Depot on multiple occasions to get supplies for projects I wanted to do for my business. Have only had good experiences. First project was late 2023 where I needed painting supplies to paint over bright green walls and was helped with picking out the right primer that would cover it and enough of the primer to finish the job. Found myself with an entire box of batteries and was able to get them recycled here. My latest project is for the summer of 2024 and involves doing a painted epoxy floor over some old concrete and on a budget. It is looking like I'll be able to do it at a tenth the price I was quoted by professional companies. Was once again helped during the drip by someone in the paint department when I needed a product that wasn't on the shelf but the website said was in stock. Add on the very easy veteran's discount and I am a happy customer.”
“Helpful staff!!, and well-stocked inventory with the most relevant inventory. Had a problem at check out and the staff was understanding and walked me through the problem instead of just fixing it, hard to find people who like to interact with you instead of just pushing you along.”

“Dalton deserves a raise, I will start with that. We were looking to buy a grill, he helped us find the one that worked best for us. Then he helped us apply for and get approved for the Home Depot card. As if that wasn't enough, The grill wings made it too large to fit into our SUV. Dalton then went and got some tools, took a part the wings and then helped us load the grill. I am extremely thankful and appreciative for everything Dalton did to help us. Because of the service he gave us, anytime a friend talks about getting a grill. I will enthusiastically tell them to go to Home Depot. Thanks Dalton and Home Depot.”
“Using the Lowe's app is convenient but it is also disappointing when it comes to products, when ordered in the app , it shows there is inventory but not until the following day then a message is sent stating order is ready for pickup but we don't have One of your items, that's frustrating because I could have picked up what I needed the day before when there was a store near by , by morning I'm 40 miles away. They need to have real time inventory for the store items are ordered from and also the app need the option allow you to exchange an item rather than cancel it and have to wait 5 days for credit back . In regards to the Mustang, Ok store, employees are amazing, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Ruby was helping me last and her people's service skills exceeded my expectations she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues and was simply amazing. She was the cashier that checked me out and For that a 5 star is well deserved.”
“Lowe’s has good quality products at good price same as the Home Depot. They both have their own lines of quality tools and their accessories. But what upset me was, I use Google map to search for the nearest Home Depot because I’m new to OKC. Google maps led me to Lowe’s instead. So, I have to be careful and pay more attention to ads that pop up sponsored on the search results. I ended up drove 7 more miles to a store that was not my intended destination.”

“In the last month, I have used the Norman Lowe’s Curbside Pickup to pickup yard equipment ordered online. This is a very efficient process: order the item, go to Lowe’s Curbside pickup area in the parking lot by the entry, log into the e-mail receipt and notify that I’m at the curbside pickup area and what parking slot number. Within minutes the item is brought out and loaded. Easy peasy!
Way to go Lowe’s!”
