“This gym has a good choice of strength machines as well as a good choice of heart pumping machines. It's open 24/7. There are weights and other things that I do not utilize so I can't speak to those.”

“Wow, AMAZING BOX! Huge space, with tons of racks, weights, bikes and rowers, as well as a huge inventory of mobility accessories.They have a daycare, which is great for busy, working parents. I visited for a drop in class while I was in town, and I had the best experience.Coach Ty was awesome. Very patient, very funny, and a great communicator in regards to the various movements throughout the metcon.Clean, spacious, with more than enough equipment. I can’t rate this box highly enough. I’ll be back in Norman next year for my nephew’s grad - and I’ll definitely be dropping in. Thanks Norman Strength!”

“CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. I’ve been to every gym in Norman and this takes FIRST PLACE. Never have I once felt like a dollar nor unwanted here. The staff and owner are EXTREMELY friendly and want to make sure you have a great gym experience. It may not be a large gym, but it has every necessary piece of equipment to workout efficiently and effectively. The saunas are hot and the tanning beds are clean and new! The gym community is great and I highly recommend this place. I would go here for the rest of my life if I didn’t have to move.”

“Really awesome locally owned gym and welcoming community. Even within a group, there's great 1 on 1 attention from the coaches. Workouts are continuously tweaked individually throughout to make sure you maximize your potential. Coach Jay and Mary(owners) are so nice and invested in your progress. They train every age group and I see the results and progress of everyone I've met or passed by. It's what was a determining factor for me to join and I can see and feel it for myself(which is so exciting) I highly recommend this gym to everyone. First class is free so it can't hurt to see everything I mentioned above.It's best to visit their Facebook page for most updated contact info, challenges, a peek into what the workouts are like and environment/community :) The photos/videos on Google are good representations to look at, too”

“I’ve been coming to 10Gym on Main for 2 years. The gym is always immaculate. The members are diligent about cleaning the machines after use. The front-desk staff is kind and makes everyone feel welcome.Additionally, there is plenty of equipment and space available. I seldom cannot access a particular machine or otherwise, even at the busiest time. They also have tanning beds, a sauna, childcare, and much more.It can be frightening to start going to the gym when you’re morbidly obese. You feel like everyone is going to judge you. Gym anxiety is real. But I never felt that way, even at my heaviest weight. Now I feel nothing but confidence (sometimes too confident maybe lol.) I genuinely love coming here every other day.I am happy to call this gym my home, my safe place, and my happy spot. I always recommend it to others who are looking for a gym.Thank you 10Gym,Hope :)”

“I have been an OTF member for 3 months now and have enjoyed it. I feel like the staff is helpful and kind and the coaches are great (varying personalities/teaching style - so I suggest trying everyone a few times to find who fits your style best). Studio is always very clean. An observation I have that could be viewed as a negative for some is that there are a bunch of college students from OU who attend the classes - so sometimes the classes fill up more than you'd expect. But that's life in any college town... Coming in as a plus size and out of shape person I was extremely intimidated because everyone I knew who took classes were very in-shape. While there are not a ton of plus size members, I've never felt uncomfortable being there. Coaches are always available to give you modified moves if your body isn't capable. I love the Lift classes the most - by far my favorites. My suggestion for someone wanting to try OTF in general (not just the Norman location) is to give it a shot. The music will be loud, and the heart rate monitor/splat points/etc. will be hard to follow at first. But that gets easier after 2 or 3 classes. If you are new to working out, I suggest staying after the first few classes to talk with a coach (there will probably be a sales pitch in there) and have them go over any questions you may have about the workout, form, or what information the heart rate monitor is tracking. Also, OTF can be very competitive: everyone's heart rate and calories burned are on a monitor that anyone in class can see, and it is very easy to look at the person next to you and feel ashamed for not running/rowing/lifting as much. I had to give myself the internal talk that our bodies are not the same (etc. etc.) and once I realized I could do things at my own pace, I felt less intimidated overall.”

“It's a good gym, but tends to be VERY crowded in the afternoons. It's too small for the number of people and the number of machines and equipment stuffed in it. They need to either move to a much larger space, or open a second location on the area. I'll probably switch to the new 4 Star when it opens just because of the over crowding. ?”

“Friendly staff, great gym. It's a little cramped sometimes. It often seems like there's a lack of space for floor exercises. When equipment is in need of repairs it often happens quickly. I miss going to a gym that has group classes sometimes but overall I'm pretty satisfied with PF. My only other complaint is the same one I've had for ages... I dislike that they want a checking account for the auto-bill (like it's the 1980s). Let me pay how I want! I do get around this by paying early with a credit card so the autobill never hits.”
