A/c did not work properly after having the car worked on. Told insurance would not cover it. Of course it won't, you have already been paid by them and me. Will not return or recommend. Continue to make reviews frequently.

Update: Was contacted by store manager and I was basically made out that I'm stupid and don't know how to set a cruise control. Was told that Joe Cooper gave me the wrong information because they don't like them, humm a dealer doesn't even want to work with them.Took my truck here while the body work was satisfactory the contents of my glove compartment and console were scattered in the floor boards and seats, they didn't do any work on either one. They just thru my bed liner in on top of rags, trash and buffing wheels didn't even reattach it. The cruise control doesn't work as it should. Brought this to Brandon's attention I was told "it works like it should" they had a mechanic look at it and he said it was good. Took the truck to Joe Cooper Ford and they said no it's not working like it should . Took the truck back to Brandon to let him know what they said and was told by Brandon "it must have worn out due to old age it happens all the time here." If you want your stuff to mysteriously "wear out due to old age" in their shop, and your stuff rifled through then this is the shop for you.

When asked about alignment repair, I was told that “insurance usually denies any claim” and it wasn’t repaired. My Jeep came back with a dead battery and was also told we do not warranty a dead battery and it will be my responsibility. The manager was great and took care of me and the battery replacement. Thank you for your hard work. When I received a text message to contact Gerber to schedule a vehicle pickup when it was completed, no one answered the phone during multiple calls. When I visited the location in Newcastle, I was informed that phones are down and the whole system is down so I couldn’t pick up my vehicle. I understand that this stuff happens so I asked politely for someone to reach out when the system is back up. Again, no surprise, I never received a call and I had to go there myself the next day to pay and pickup my vehicle. Overall, the experience was terrible and I would not suggest anyone going to a Gerber’s Collision to get their vehicle fixed. One last thing, my bumper when I took it in for repair had all lights working with my auxiliary prior. Now it does not and I will fix this issue myself. I do however want to say that the manager did a fantastic job and was very prompt about responding to my concerns. They did such a great job, I had no complaints, and made sure I was well informed on what was going to happen. They had great customer service and answered any questions I had. If I need any more repairs to my car, I would go back to them.

I just got my truck back from Gerber Collision and they did a great job on the repairs. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and completed the repairs quickly.Services: Auto glass repair

I am superbly unhappy with Gerber Collision. First, when I brought the car home and took a look around, it looked great, but upon further inspection I realized the back hatch wouldn’t open or close and my fog light was busted. So I called them immediately and explained what was going on. I had to bring it back to the shop so they could fix the issue. Now they have fixed the hatch but refuse to fix the light that was damaged while it was in their custody. The very disrespectful manager even said they have a picture of the fog light NOT broken when I brought it in. So I don’t understand why they won’t take care of it. I will not go back to this place if someone paid me.I wouldn’t think this is a company to keep on AAA’s list of places to support or promote to their customers.

I can honestly say that my experience with Gerber Collision in Newcastle, Oklahoma was stress free. I can't say that all stores are the same, but this one impressed me. The men that work there were courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Thank you!

I read the reviews on this, and still decided to give it a try. they don't know how to answer a phone, i either got sent to voicemail or got put on hold for 10 minutes. i then proceed to call again and the lady or the "owner" answered very rudely and all i said was "hi i was wondering if i could get a quote done" and she then proceeds to get an attitude and get very rude with me, and say "i just talked to you about a quote, and i said we are not doing quotes at the moment". Again that was my first time ever getting someone to answer the phone, so i couldn't of just talked to her. i didn't even take my car there and they already get a bad review from me. so i did get a little upset, because customer service is a big thing, and if they can't even talk politely over the phone. they deserve no business. thank you

I called to see about an estimate for my daughter's car. I was able to take it in that very day to have them look at it. Cody came out and went through all damage (rear only) and showed me paperwork of the rear (broken down into parts). He said it would be around $3000, (my insurance estimate was $2000) give or take. He said he could get to it maybe middle of August but would have to have the "estimator" get me the actual numbers and check on parts so he knew when he could schedule me. He said they are really backed up due to the heat and being the end of the month, she would have my estimate to me by Wednesday. He had the "estimator" come out and she looked and took several pictures. She ALSO mentioned that she would have the official estimate and get with Cody and have him call me as well to get me scheduled, (her words) BEFORE WEDNESDAY. It is now Friday and I have heard or received anything from either one. I understand the time constraints in these times, but work on your customer service..a quick call to a potential customer wouldn't hurt.

I would give this place zero stars. The customer service from day 1 after my accident was HORRIBLE! The first problem was that the tow truck driver was turned away after I made an appointment for the car to be dropped off. This excuse was that they were changing computers and the girl was new. It took 2 days and me paying for the tow service for the second trip. The repairs went smoothly and to be very honest, the text communication was very good. I was pleased with the repair on the surface. After driving my car for 1 day I noticed that the heater was not getting hot or blowing on the drivers side at all. I called 3 times and got no answer. I finally stopped by the shop and Cody told me there was nothing wrong and he couldn't do anything because the repair ticket had been closed by State Farm. I called State Farm back and asked them about it. They told me if I wasn't happy with the repair that I needed to go back to the shop and that no, my repair ticket was not closed. I was then told by Cody that I was responsible for the diagnostic fee of $150 to figure out what was wrong because he didn't feel that it was related to the accident. I said it worked before the accident why would it not work now and he replied that he was not a mechanic so he had no idea. I agreed to the diagnostics and left my car. This was on a Friday. I was told that the diagnostics people would be out on the following Tuesday. I called Tuesday and they told me that it was the problem they suspected and Cody again said it wasn't accident related. I asked for a quote to get the repair done. I heard nothing and called back Friday. My call was not answered. I called again on Monday only to be told by the "new" girl that my car was complete and ready to be picked up. I asked to speak with Carlie who was the person I had been dealing with because I had never gotten a quote or authorized a repair. She reiterated that the repairs were complete and I owed them $243. I asked for Carlie to call me back. Five hours later when I had no call back, I called again and again the new girl said Carlie and Cody were busy and couldn't talk to me. She again said all of my repairs were complete. I never got a call back from anyone Monday so I went in on Tuesday (today). My car had NOT been repaired. The diagnostic test was $239.25 NOT the $150 quoted by Cody. They had no idea when I would get a repair quote because to quote Cody "he is not a mechanic." The diagnostics says what is wrong but nowhere does it say whether or not it would have been related to the accident. Besides this review I will be making a complaint to State Farm and to Gerber Collision's main office. I have done business with this company as Collision works on 5 different occasions and been very happy. Now that Cody is in charge and it's Gerber I can say that I would not do business with them again, nor would I bring my company vehicles here or refer to friends and family.

Codi, Mark, and the rest of the staff took great care of my vehicle even though there were a few bumps in the process. Would recommend this shop as they do excellent work.
